Disappointment from Start to Finish
Given the importance of vision care and the need for trustworthy service, I can’t recommend this company. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. Their user interface is confusing, and even as someone who works in tech, I genuinely thought I was ordering contacts for both eyes. When the order arrived, it only included one eye’s prescription. At no point did anyone from the company reach out to flag that—despite the fact that I uploaded a full prescription, which clearly indicated lenses for both eyes. That oversight feels like a major miss.
To make matters worse, I paid for overnight shipping, allowing a full business day for processing, but the order didn’t arrive until the following Wednesday. I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as I did for the contacts themselves.
When I called their customer service team, the representative simply reiterated what had happened—something I was already painfully aware of—and offered no real support or resolution. The interaction left me feeling frustrated and dismissed.
