Blocked account Closure issues
Worst customer service. Worst problem solving skills. After creating a blocked account and visa application was denied, my sister has been in contact with Fintiba since March 6th 2026. The fintiba App doesn't allow her to close the account. She has sent screenshots and videos recording of the problem but still no clearly guidance is given. She has appointed his brother who lives in Germany as power of attorney to follow up. After several calls and emails we don't know how to proceed with this case.
