Unresolved account issues It’s been a month since I created an account, and the email address associated with it is incorrect. Offizielle Beschwerde wegen inakzeptablem Kundenservice und Verzögerung Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht vom Service und der gesamten Abwicklung. Seit über zwei Monaten ist mein Konto trotz vollständig, korrekt und nachweislich eingereichter Unterlagen nicht aktiviert worden. Trotz zahlreicher Kontaktversuche erfolgt keinerlei sachliche Bearbeitung meines Anliegens, sondern ausschließlich automatisierte Standardantworten ohne erkennbare Fortschritte oder Lösungen. Dieses Vorgehen ist für einen Finanzdienst in Deutschland nicht akzeptabel und erfüllt in keiner Weise die Erwartungen an Zuverlässigkeit, Transparenz und Professionalität. Die anhaltende Verzögerung führt bei mir zu erheblichen Nachteilen. Der Kundenservice ist faktisch nicht erreichbar und zeigt weder eine angemessene Reaktionsfähigkeit noch eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation. Ich fordere daher umgehend eine vollständige Klärung sowie die sofortige Aktivierung meines Kontos ohne weitere Verzögerung. Sollte dies nicht kurzfristig erfolgen, werde ich weitere offizielle Schritte prüfen. Unter diesen Umständen ist dieser Dienst für mich nicht empfehlenswert.

Blocked account Closure issues Worst customer service. Worst problem solving skills. After creating a blocked account and visa application was denied, my sister has been in contact with Fintiba since March 6th 2026. The fintiba App doesn't allow her to close the account. She has sent screenshots and videos recording of the problem but still no clearly guidance is given. She has appointed his brother who lives in Germany as power of attorney to follow up. After several calls and emails we don't know how to proceed with this case.
