Bad customer care
Last summer, I was going to travel to the USA and Canada and I bought a sim card 2 months prior to our departure. The sim card was never sent by King sims. I sent them numerous emails and countless messages, to no avail. Finally I got a response from their Facebook chat. To cut a long story short, they sent the sim card 3 weeks before my departure (which is not enough for international mail). The sim card did not arrive on time and I had to buy one from the airport when we landed in the USA (which was far cheaper and easier). I sent the sim card back to King sims because I had no use for it anymore and I wrote to them for a refund (since it was their fault it didn't arrive on time). They never responded and they never sent a refund, which was ridiculous. I understand that things like these happen, but the situation could have been dealt with better from their end. Had they given me a refund, I would still trust them and maybe try them out again in the future - but they didn't, so I won't. It's safe to say that I'm never trusting them again.
