BX Capital / Mr Apparel Group - HR Audit Hired Compass to undertake an HR Audit / Review of a Family Office I had recently joined as COO. Really good interaction with Carrie and Paola across an abstract setup in terms of the Company's current state. Quick postive, proactive turnaround helped ensure that they got all the necessary details and the Founder was not needed as part of the process (a big win for him). The output was strong so much so that it made the discussion/ decision to retain Compass to become our fractional HR Manager set-up very easy and quick when reviewing with the owners.
