BX Capital / Mr Apparel Group - HR Audit Hired Compass to undertake an HR Audit / Review of a Family Office I had recently joined as COO. Really good interaction with Carrie and Paola across an abstract setup in terms of the Company's current state. Quick postive, proactive turnaround helped ensure that they got all the necessary details and the Founder was not needed as part of the process (a big win for him). Excellent experience !! We had a great experience with Compass SHPT for three main reasons. First, the training itself was interactive, focused, very helpful, and professional. Second, in terms of efficiency and creativity, they offered multiple methods — including personal online training and Zoom sessions — which helped us move quickly and engage different types of team members. As a result, we were able to complete the company-wide Sexual Harassment training within one month. Finally, on the administrative side, working with Diana was a pleasure. She is pleasant, highly service-oriented, organized, and consistently helpful. The team was flexible and supportive throughout the process, adapting to our needs to ensure everything was completed on time. Overall, it was an excellent experience both for me as the HR Manager and for the company as a whole.
