TV Screen Defect – Request for Replacement I had bad experiences, While the TV looks good overall, I have identified an issue with the screen. The screen board looks fine at first, but in fact, there are several parts that are not properly fixed. Once the TV is switched off, light remains visible from the screen throughout the night. This is not something I consider normal or acceptable for a new TV screen. The screen should be properly fixed and sealed, with no light visible when the TV is switched off. I would also like to highlight that the TV was already taken for fixing the first time, and it took seven days to complete the repair. This waiting time is not acceptable.
