Customer Service non existent
I ordered a dress on June 2 and was told it would arrive June 4. Dress did not show up. I've reached out in every way possible to get a status on my order. Tracking number they sent me does not work. Inputting order number shows there is no order. Attempt to use chat left me waiting more than a half hour before shutting down. There is no way to get any info on an order.
