Perfect - Just what I wanted I just received 5 dresses and a swim suit from Bloomchic and I couldn't be happier. The material of each is soft and comfortable. I love the pockets!!! The only problem I had wasw them not shipping the order waiting for one out of stock item, but I contacted them and everything arrive - including the out of stock item. I can't wait to order more!!!

Customer Service non existent I ordered a dress on June 2 and was told it would arrive June 4. Dress did not show up. I've reached out in every way possible to get a status on my order. Tracking number they sent me does not work. Inputting order number shows there is no order. Attempt to use chat left me waiting more than a half hour before shutting down. There is no way to get any info on an order.

Very Happy with my Purchases I have ordered 5 times and I spend at least $200 each time. I have had zero problems with shipping or tracking. The orders do take 2-4 weeks to arrive it's not Amazon. The clothing is well sewn and fits true to size be very aware of your measurements. Many reviewers are critical of the fabrics. Take note of what the price point is people, if you want a dress made from silk you are not going to pay $35. Probably closer to $350. The stretch fabrics/knits that say they have rayon in them are fabulously soft and drapy, if it says 100% polyester it will be a slippery fabric with some drape. Pants are constructed incredibly well for the price point but they are a polyester weave or polyester knit fabric. Honestly people there is something to the saying you get what you pay for. Bloomchic does pretty great clothing at very budget friendly prices. If you can spend more on clothes then by all means there are other options available. I am very happy with what I received and the quality for what I paid.

Very dissatisfied!!! I order 2 dresses and 2 blouses for my daughter's wedding. All 4 fit like a big pillowcase! Horrid! Trash! Return policy is difficult! I need to squeese 4 items in a thin bag i had to cut up to remove, then required to return in this plastic baggie! I'll get my bank to fix it!

Hit and Miss I received my order of 5 items- 2/5 were great, 3/5 ugh. The 2 I liked were made of cotton knit, but 3/5 are made of what I can only describe as shower curtain fabric. It’s a weird thin polyester blend that’s easily frayable and typical of clothes from Temu, Schein, Wish, etc. if you buy stuff from BloomChic- keep a few things in mind— the sizes run large, the clothes do fit well (surprisingly so), but you’ll get cheap fabric that won’t last. And they will keep hounding you like Temu does- their online cookies are extensive.

Don’t try it, total scam, never got anything. After a month of waiting for my order, and the tracking saying it was delivered, I never got my stuff. The tracking system doesn’t recognize the number anymore. I have started the process to get my money back from my bank. It’s not worth it.

Many compliments I am very happy with my order from Bloomchic and recently made another which I am waiting to receive. I bought a very cute dress which I wore to my son's wedding. I received many compliments even though I know the fabric is cheap and I am sure it was produced in China as fast fashion. The other items I bought fit well and are very comfortable. The prices are good for what you are getting.

Do not buy from them Absolutely horrible with virtually no customer service. No address , no phone number. There is one person that responds to email when they feel like. Placed an order, most of it arrived way later than expected some items not received and one still in the mail. You’re supposed to be able to easily return items, but that isn’t true. I am being harassed about the items I want to send back. Never even took them out of their baggies. Complete scam of a website. I can’t believe all the 5 star reviews at all. Wish I could give zero stars.

Avoid Another junky quality brand out of China. No transparency about the long shipping times nor where they're located. Misleading information everywhere about them being US based because I guess there's a headquarters here but don't be fooled, nothing is coming from the US.

Never Again When I order, I always end up getting a refund. the waiting time for delivery is too long and the time before the order leaves the warehouse is too long. When we order a product, the inventory doesn't seem to be automatically deducted so you never know if you'll get it. very disappointing

Perfectly Happy With My Purchase I ordered 5 items on my first order. The sizing is perfect to the sizing guides but you have to pay strict attention to the sizing guides as each product is sized differently. The colors that are in the online pictures are true. The shape and design of the items is exactly what was pictured when I shopped. The quality of each item is decent and better than I expected. Almost everything has pockets, which is amazing. The only issues I have are the tracking system, which is rather poor, and the length of time the delivery took (I would not recommend ordering from Bloomchic if you need something fast). Other than that, I am very happy with my purchases.

If I could give 0 stars, I would If I could give 0 stars,I would I ordered a couple of weeks ago at bloomchic. The order never arrived, now they are telling me it's been delivered but that it was the wrong item. I requested a full refund as I don't want to wait any longer. This company won't give back my money nor is able to send out what I ordered. Please do not order with them, they are a scam!
