We have tried a couple different digital inspection plug-ins for our operating system (protractor). Autoflow has been the most consistent with extremely low interruption; which allows our technicians to have confidence in the platform and therefore, “buy-in” to the system (the others we tried did not achieve this result). Our customers value the transparency in the digital inspections and constantly provide positive feedback for the customer facing report. I would definitely recommend autoflow to any shop owner looking for a digital inspection platform that has much to offer.

We have been using Autoflow for 6 months now and really love it. We moved from Autovitals and havent regretted it. The onboarding of Autoflow takes less than a day for an advisor to be fully up to speed vs the other being over a week. The texting platform is super easy to use along with the text to pay. Our technicians adapted very easily to the new system. Nothing but great things to say.

"All inclusive and user friendly" Autoflow provides first rate support with their product. Their product includes all of the features needed to start and even row your shop. "Satisfactory" Very easy to use, just clicking bubbles and some reports are helpful maybe the layout, I would like to see how much media my techs are recording per car on a weekly basis fast communication and media for customers, some are still skeptical but this makes the process much better

"Signed up for the DVI but cant do w/o TEXT communication with customers" Autotext.me has opened up another avenue to communicate with our customers. Doesn't work as well as we would like with our POS system. But it may be time to replace my POS... communication---reaching out to our customers and communicating with them the way they want.

"More powerful than we use" Quick ability to text customers. Ability to have multiple inspections. Good reporting. N/A They provide enough information about how to maximize this tool, we just haven't done it yet. Quick ability to text customers so we can do a better job updating customers PROACTIVELY. Inspection form flexibility is great too.

"Great Product" I would say if you were to ask the shop manager what I like most about the autotext.me service is how intuitive it is from a day-to-day operations standpoint. I also really enjoy how easy it is to access online training when onboarding new office/shop staff. I would just say that if any small improvements could be made, it would be from the shop flow/tech dashboard screen. It sometimes shows work still assigned even though repairs were declined. I would say that the biggest problem autotext.me is fixing for me is thru the communication lens from the customer's perspective. My guests love the pictures/videos that my technicians can create and organize.

"Daily user - Solid software" Autotext.me (now AutoFlow) is a solid digital vehicle inspection platform. Continued improvements are evident and it appears the team at AutoFlow has more in the wings. Every software has its strengths and weaknesses - what sets AutoFlow apart is the way that they respond to user feedback and support requests. It's the people that set AutoFlow apart. Way to go team! Not really a dislike, but there are continued improvements possible in AutoFlow's integration with Protractor...looking forward to seeing how this develops.
