I can’t thank Larz and his team enough for the incredible job they did helping us move yesterday. They started at 3pm in 40°C heat and worked straight through torrential rain until 10pm, without taking any breaks. Not a single item was damaged or stained—everything arrived in perfect condition. The team was also great to chat with, making the whole process more enjoyable. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Z Movers enough. I’ve had to move three times in under two years now and these guys are by far best value for money I’ve found. Very careful with your belongings and very friendly as well!

Couldn't speak more highly of Laz and his team! They were punctual, friendly and efficient and moved all our items. All of our belongings were handled carefully and everything arrived without any issues at all. I wouldn't hesitate to move with these guys again in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service , Larz and his team are really energetic and efficient, they move my 2 bedroom duplex cautiously , paying attention to evry details, after being cancelled by an other removalist 10 min before they were supposed to arrive ... I called Larz, and he managed to find some time to keep me out of troubles , really big thanks to him and the boys who helped that day ! Really nice job guys , I recommend 100%.

These guys are amazing! Highly recommend! Super professional and really friendly! They carefully wrapped all my fragile items and even covered my mattresses so they wouldn't get dirty! They never complained! And even hung around for a chat after a 12 hr move! Really top job! Definitely getting these guys for the next move!

The most traumatized experience I have ever had and don't wish anyone to suffer what I've been through. They were late to start and finished even later. Can you imagine a 2-bedroom unit taking more than 12 hours to move??? They arrived 4:30pm and finished at 4:30am. Not properly look after our furniture, shelves in the cabinets fell off and damaged when they erect the cab. Lots of shelf supports and leg bases were missing after being moved. Avoid this company at all costs!
The business’s response is absurd, i won’t waste more energy to counter each lie you made. Just let the fact speaks.
Let’s see what’s google map say about the distance from the apartment to truck.

Yes, we were delayed due to a previous job that took longer than expected because the client had far more items than initially communicated. We were already exhausted when we arrived at your location, but we didn’t stop. Despite facing immense challenges—including the fact that the distance from the truck to the loading dock was over 100 meters—we worked tirelessly without breaks, well into the early hours of the morning, and didn’t finish until 5 a.m.
While you may have had a two-bedroom apartment, the volume of items was equivalent to a four-bedroom home, which required two trips because it couldn’t all fit in the truck at once. Despite all these challenges, we took great care to ensure your belongings were moved safely.
I’m surprised to hear about the damaged items and missing parts because we always take immense pride in our work, and it’s reflected in the countless positive reviews we receive from other satisfied clients. Had we been informed about any issues, we would have been more than happy to discuss compensation or repairs.
This feedback is an outlier for us, as our track record speaks for itself. We urge you to reconsider your review and would be glad to further discuss any remaining concerns.
