No waiting room spells no customer caring. You do not need such a large display area you need somewhere so folks can sit and wait. Not everyone has someone to come and pick them up. You state there is someone there to take you over to the mall area yet you get there they cannot do it. It is not fun walking across 31 or just walking to other stores in general especially with inclement weather as it was today. I am not your customer nor will I be. This was written for your customer there today

Great Work Performed! I brought in my 2015 Mazda for rust treatment and undercoating, and the team did an amazing job. The work was clean, thorough, and definitely exceeded my expectations. My undercarriage looks brand new now, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The price was fair for the quality of work, and I feel much better going into winter with the car protected. I really appreciate the professionalism and great service. Highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Note: I reached out to customer service prior to my review. They never asked for additional photos and simply denied my claim because the manager told them to. They damaged my headliner when removing back window tint. They claim my headliner was old and falling apart. No prior damage was noted when I dropped my vehicle off. Maybe if they would have accepted responsibility vs going by the word of a manager that never saw my vehicle, I'd have a different opinion. I've attached photos ...you be the judge.

Didn't clean my interior whatsoever all type of residue left over on my doors and under my hood sprayed my exhaust so now I'm getting a strong burning smell inside and outside of the truck sprayed over wire harnesses underneath the vehicle and etc.. I am very disappointed for what I pay for customer service is very poor as well. Did not get walked out to my vehicle. Was handed my keys and paperwork and was told. Have a good day. also, I will add my car was left unlocked and I was notified via Toyota app to my phone. I had to personally lock my vehicle while it was sitting on there a lot. I will be calling tomorrow and asking for partial or all of my money back. I am very disappointed and will never do service with Ziebart again. I just spent $70,000 on a brand new Toyota tundra.

The Greenwood Ziebart is excellent either way it’s protection offerings, customer service, and the employees who detail the car do an AMAZING job. I highly recommend Jacob and Aaron. I LOVE the Z gloss Ceramic Shield and window tinting I chose. Thank you all for a pleasant transaction.

Scam of a company with sexist managers. Was told to “talk it over with my husband” when I declined the $900 upsell. I do not have a husband and find that very offensive. They also expect a full interior detail before they will reapply fabric protection. When I brought my issues up with the manager he got defensive and literally yelled at me. Oh and they lock their doors at 5:15 despite them being “open” until 5:30. Never will I ever do business with them again.

This is the product this company is proud to put on the streets. They are more expensive than their competitor and do sub par work. This is the 2nd truck we have had done at this location in the last few months and this is the way they send them back. When asked to correct it, they charge you again! Do not recommend if you are after quality work!

I have been coming to this Ziebart Greenwood location for over a decade now… Great customer service over the phone and in person… Very professional and helpful staff… They do wonderful work here with all their services and protecting your vehicle and making it look showroom quality.

There diamond coat destroyed the seals of my doors. We had to get blind spot detection put on our new car and just barely 3 yrs old it has been in 5 times for not working. It was put in so my husband can drive. It is a medical necessity for him and now he can't even drive his car because they don't care and put crap on your car.
