In regard to the smell..
A lot of people complain about the smell, but I didn’t mind it. It smells like heavy, mint, or eucalyptus. I would rather smell this then raid or any of those other poisonous options.The product definitely did the job of getting rid of roaches and termites.I recommend 👍🏼
Mopping mess
My friend bought this to kill the palmetto bugs in NC. (I just hit them with a shoe.🤷🏼♀️) Any way, I knew I wouldn't use it so I gave it back to them. Later when I was mopping there were these spots that foamed up like a highly concentrated dish washing soap. I couldn't figure out what was going on b/c I had already been mopping for 5 minutes. Then this spray came to mind. All the places where it had been used, it was still there and foams up when it gets wet again. The spray did kill the palmetto bugs (they're pretty easy to kill) but this is annoying. I've mopped 3 times already and it is still happening. I have no idea how long it will take before this stuff is completely gone. I use a Zevo plug-in and I am happy with the results but I will not buy the spray.
Wouldn’t buy it again.
First of all Amazon can’t seem to find my purchase anywhere in my order history, weird.This stuff does work but at a cost. The smell is over powering. For whatever reason this year my house has been continuously assaulted by ants.First was in my daughter’s room which was odd, but it was the first time I used this spray. It sprays overly heavy/thick regardless of attempts to only try for a fine mist. The excess spray results in runs and puddles. The smell lasted for days until I decided to clean away the sprayed area. It was too much.The second use was in the corner of the dining room where ants saw fit to completely take over my dogs feed bowl. We cleaned the area and reluctantly used this spray again knowing full well the smell would linger. Well given that I used it in a more widespread area and in full open air to the rest of the house the smell became almost unbearable.My eyes are burning and I can feel it in my throat. Not trying to be a baby about it but this stuff will easily overwhelm a living space if you use too much or I don’t know, having ceiling fans or central air to distribute it over a larger area.It does kill ants though and they haven’t been coming back where we’ve sprayed, so there’s that. I’ll be looking for other products moving forward.
Awful
This was an awful product. Had a lingering smell. Not good. Don’t see how it can be used indoors. Not supposed to be used on furniture, carpet, kitchen counters, plants, etc what does that leave? Awful
Didn’t kill the bugs
This was very expensive. I bought it at Walmart and it did do nothing for the spiders or the ants I had in my house and I don’t usually have bugs in my house but last year was really bad. I would find something else to use.
Not effective
My client got this for the roaches and definitely not effective on them in fact it doesn't kill them it just makes them shed there skin. I have not however tried it on other bugs. I definitely don't recommend it for roaches
DID NOT WORK AT ALL
DID NOT WORK AT ALL. GNATS ARE LITERALLY JUST WAVING AT ME PAST THE STUPID THING. ITS BEEN UP FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND HAS ONLY ONE FRUIT FLY STUCK TO IT. WASTE OF MONEY.
takes a lot to kill ants
tried Zevo and seems to work just OK not that greathad to use 1/2 a bottle to kill ants or maybe drown them will not buy again and it does have a chemical smell.
Very effective, but spray can malfunctions
I used Zevo to get rid of fruit flies in my barn and in my kitchen. It was very effective, killing and preventing further problems. It has a lingering odor but not offensive. The biggest problem that I had was the spray can malfunctioned with probably half of the contents still left. I have found that Zevo now has a spray bottle, and this should be a better choice to get full use of the product.
Fly problem solved
Used Zero on the increase of flies due to the state fair. With all the livestock, this is a yearly increase. Zero took out the flies no problem!
ZEVO Bug Spray
The smell is not pleasant at all and it left my floor greasy and very slick. I don’t know how to get the greasiness off my hardwood floors. Won’t buy it again.
Great for renters and in-between regular maintenance
Live in an apartment complex with pets, we are pretty clean people aside from some dishes in the sink at times and I notice within short periods of time we will have some appearances of roaches. I haven’t lived in an apartment (especially ground level) that hadn’t had this happen occasionally, it’s not a big deal. Our family works odd hours and we don’t like being disturbed during the day without warning. With Zevo the unscheduled pest maintenance visits can be skipped and we are able to maintain it ourselves pretty effectively and safely. It does leave an oily residue afterwards but usually after a few hours if you go over it with a dry mopping cloth you can barely tell. I try to let it be like that at least a couple of days just to ensure it’s effectiveness, but a light mopping or wipe down will take care of that no problem. Haven’t experienced excessive buildup because of it. If that’s the only inconvenience I may experience from an overall family friendly product I’m quite pleased and will be buying again! Going on 2 years now. Thanks Zevo
I won't use anything else
I've used other products to get rid of flies but this works instantly and does not have an offensive smell. Totally recommend this product!!!
You must soak the insect with the spray!!!
How many flying knats or flies or fruit flies do you know that stand still! This crap is worthless!You could not give it away to me! Better off buying a fly swatter. Or you could get 8 for the same amount of money! Worthless crappy product
