AFTER SEEING THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS, I GET IT. I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND HERE ON MAUI FOR 2 YEARS ABOUT LOSING MY BUSINESS IN LAHAINA. IM NOT SURE HOW MANY OTHERS ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING BUT IM GOING TO PUT THIS OUT ON FACEBOOK AND SEE WHO CHIMES IN. WHAT THIS LAWFIRM IS DOING IS, IF NOT ILLEGAL, AT THE BARE MINIMUM, HIGHLY UNETHICAL. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. AS OF TODAY, THE "2", YES, "2" ATTORNEYS WORKING ON 1300 CASES FOR THE MAUI WILDFIRES, BOTH WHOM ARE IN PUERTO RICO, ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONCE AGAIN. TRY COMMUNICATING OVER THE PHONE WITH 7 OR 8 TIME ZONES. I THINK ALL OF THE PEOPLE WE CAN FIND SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO GET THESE GUYS EITHER SHUTDOWN OR AT THE VERY LEAST, SOME SORT OF NATIONAL AWARENESS AND A FINE. DONT USE THESE GUYS. AND I HOPE, LIKE ME. YOU DONT SEE THESE REVIEWS AFTER ITS TOO LATE FOR YOUR CASE.

I’m part of the Zantac case ! The only updates I get is when they need me to sign something! They now have another firm sending out updates Galindo Law at least someone answers their phone! Was told that the first settlement would be paid in December but Galindo is now saying not until end of January have been waiting for over 4 years! I had breast cancer and I’m looking into who I can report this law firm to? I’m beginning to think it’s a scam and I’m worried because they have my personal information! Do not use Kinsman & Krause ! Update! I have just discovered they have moved to Puerto Rico! They never formally announced this to me apparently they have been there since January of 2025 and I just discovered this today!Beware ! I feel like I’ve been misled ! And it’s caused significant anxiety which I’m being treated for currently!

I am a part of this bsa lawsuit and I Received my first initial payment and after they took out their fees, I got Less than what was initially told to me that I was getting this has been going on for a while since 2020 and trying to get updates from them is next near impossible I am a client who feels like they got there money and don’t care to give me any status updates I have to contact them just to get an update and always get the run around I understand I’m not the only one getting a settlement but times are tough right now and I feel like no justice has been served at all this is crazy that we have to wait this long for something that is owed to us

My dad went through this “law firm” for his Camp LeJeune Water Lawsuit and is getting the run around and probably won’t ever see the money. Honestly this is sad considering he served his country and has become sick and some random people who are supposed to be helping him will get his money. You all need to be turned in and blasted all over. I’m considering going to the news with this. People need to be warned not to use you all. Or be used.

Camp LeJune Scam. I am a survivor of Camp LeJune chemically induced bladder cancer. I am being represented by Krause and Kinsman Law Firm. It has now been several years and no positive response yet. I would not use them again. I have called them several times & always gets the same excuse, the gov't is slow. Would not recommend.

I was awarded a BSA settlement. The firm was paid as well as Archer Systems tasked with the dispersal of my money. Weeks later, no money. Krause and Kinsman keep giving me excuses when I stated that the settlement agreement is in breach due to non-payment. They claimed they've escalated my issue with non-payment. Nothing. Each time I called it's the same excuses. Each time someone who has no idea about it and I have to explain everything again and again. I'm a combat veteran who is 100 percent service connected disabled from the Afghanistan war. They absolutely don't care or have any sense of urgency regarding my issue of non-payment.

On their web site they list under professionalism they list communication with their clients as an area they take pride in, (I DON'T SEE IT) Claimant # 977199 feel free to call me if what I have experienced is not the norm .

Was getting calls from Krause and kinsman law firm from a man that could barely speak English about our camp lejune case,so we called our attorneys who filed our case for us and they said they were not in no way working with Krause and kinsman law firm.however Krause and kinsman were emailing us to sign documents in our camp lejune case.Be very careful who you give any info.about any active case you are involved with.i read other comments here about hernia mesh cases.im so sorry for your loss.God Bless..
