Nobody answers the phone and they never call you back. Terrible service.

They never answer their phones.

They keep calling asking the same question over and over. Also need the same documents you already sent them. Why don't the look in their files that they already have. I'll never use them again. Watch out

I’m kinda new here and I’m seeing good and bad reviews! I'm kinda nervous to even call to get started are even waste my time honestly if I’m not going to get the help i need! No need to waste my time nor there time!

Canceled services a year and a half ago and still GET CONTACTED. They can't get their case details straight.

My stepdad hired this firm to represent him on a class action. First their call centers and legal assistants believe that attorney-client privilege applies to them because the lawyer is NEVER available. This firm is all concerned with getting paid along with trust firms but not you!! They NEVER call back they NEVER respond to messages. They will defraud you into signing contracts under false pretenses. They are a waste of time…..hire a firm that represents clients not a payroll.

I have been represented by Krause & Kinsman for approximately 3 years. I find it almost impossible to get my assigned attorney (Joanna) to return a call. On their web site they list under professionalism they list communication with their clients as an area they take pride in, (I DON'T SEE IT) Claimant # 977199 feel free to call me if what I have experienced is not the norm .

Was getting calls from Krause and kinsman law firm from a man that could barely speak English about our camp lejune case,so we called our attorneys who filed our case for us and they said they were not in no way working with Krause and kinsman law firm.however Krause and kinsman were emailing us to sign documents in our camp lejune case.Be very careful who you give any info.about any active case you are involved with.i read other comments here about hernia mesh cases.im so sorry for your loss.God Bless..

I’m giving them a zero not because I’m even a client!!! I called…there “representative” called me back and I asked her if their law firm practices medical malpractice. She said she takes all the information and sends it through and then someone would get back to me if they would take the case. I told her I’m familiar with how it works however I need to know if they even practice law in that particular capacity. She repeated herself. I said ma’am, you can’t simply…she cut me off and started repeated her robotic script…I said ma’am…ma’am…ma’am she finally stopped. Smh…I told her there’s no point in me telling you everything if they don’t…she interrupted again and said they usually take multi cases (I think the word she was looking for was class action but what do I know!) then proceeded to say but sometimes they see a case and will decide to take it. I told her you really need to start listening to potential clients especially if you are going to work at a law firm! I started speaking and again with the talking over! Uuuuuggggg! I said you know what I hope this is a teachable moment I’ll go elsewhere you should stop talking over people an attorney specializes in particular areas of law there’s no point in even telling you anything for you to submit if they don’t specialize in what I need even if they did I would not recommend them! Do better people! Going through things where you have to contact an attorney is stressful enough…

I am so upset regarding this ethicon hernia mesh lawsuit that's been going on with me for over 5 yrs😭I had a very bad surgery in Oct of 2019, where I developed blood clots and was hospitalized for 5 days regarding complications and was never informed and Dr. Negligence was present. I have been to the ER 7 times in a critical strangulation situation where it's becoming life or death, but I keep getting sent home!! Please I am begging you...Since last June I have heard nothing regarding my case. I was receiving updates and videos regarding arbitration, money on the way, everything was settled now al.ost a year later....nothing😥I've sent emails, left messages, What Happened😭😱This case was settled last year!!! I'm going to die from this😭If this is a scam or y'all are a faulty firm please just LMK something I haven't worked for 6 months and I can barely walk😢I trusted in hiring this firm, but I'm feeling lost and screwed over☹️Now I'm reading that a lot of reviews are saying the same thing SMH I am crushed that I'm only 60 yrs old and if the grapefruit size hernia strangulates one more time I'm a goner😭😭😭So very scared pls contact me before it's too late😱😥

I was a part of the law suit for the hernia mesh case. Krause & Kinsman was very good during the litigation process and always kept in touch with me. They finally came to a settlement and sent me documents to sign. I never heard anything after that. I have called, emailed and texted them several times and nobody has responded back to me. I wanted to know the status of my claim even if for some reason I was not going to receive anything. I just wanted to talk to someone but no one even tried to reach me. I hope they did not do this to anyone else but I would caution anyone that has a case with them.

I filed a claim back in 2022 they have all of my information and I have the correspondence that show now all of a sudden they don’t have what they need to proceed I have spoken to Tortcity and they have also assured me that they have everything they need I think that we all should get together and take legal action against them for fraud

Krause and Kinsman have been very helpful , in any thing I have had Questions about always, always to the point of the matter, and very polite in doing so, They are Top Notch attorneys to have, I would Highly recommend them. Thank you Krause and Kinsman. Dennis Kincaid

Horrible lawfirm. Totally negative experience. Because I didn't contact them they closed my case. Just out for money nothing else.
