I would like to get for once a good Email

It seems to be a reoccurring theme of lack of communication between client and attorneys with the Camp Lejeune Claims with this lawfirm. I am having the same problem as many others here with the lack of contact from a case manager or attorney. I'm perfectly aware that cases of this nature take time and don't happen overnight. I registered with this law firm on 9/14/2022 to represent us for claim for our father that passed away in 1982 due to Lymphoma which is a Tier 1 claim for those effect by the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune for the PACT ACT of 2022. According to call center representatives the only documents they have are ones that I personally have provided and the claim is still yet to be filed. Have contacted them numerous times since 4/24/24 and requested attorney to return my call to discuss when claim may be filed prior to 8/10/24 deadline. As of today, 6/26/24, I still have not been contacted by an attorney and I see this as a clear violation of Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct - Rule 1.4(a)(2). I may edit this review in the future at such time I (the client) am communicated with as to the status of my claim, specifically when claim will be filed.

unfortunately they were the worst lawyer ive ever delt with. they truy do not care about thier customers. all they care abojt is getting them selfs paid and couldnt care less how much you get. they really messed up on several aspects of the entier case and probbably cost me several thousand dollars and then to top it a offmade it impossible for me to cha ge lawyers. they are greedy greedy people mark my words do not hire them

HORRIBLE!! Can’t get anyone to call back for Camp LeJeune and they drag their feet. I haven’t gotten a single text or update since April. My father served and was sick from the nasty water. They only want money. They could care less about us. I’m taking my claim to another firm.

K&K has been working on my mesh hernia case for almost 3 years now. This entire time they have asked for my patience and understanding all while being as informative as possible. It has seemed like forever but I understand everything takes time and don't think they have ever lied to me. I continue being patient and hope and pray things turn out in my favor with all the pain and suffering I've been through. For the guy complaining about lies, I have never felt this way about K&K. Just keep patient and hope for great things! Positivity brings great things! I'll give 5 stars once my case is over.

Can't get the information I needed

Krause & Kinsman is an exceptional law firm. They are true experts, they are prompt, and they offer compassionate advocacy for their clients.

Very poor rating because of the lies they tell their clients about settling my case, that was supposed to be in three years of the time I got them for my attorney. And now here it's been, almost three and a half years since they promised me a window of within three years. They just outright lied to me, just so I would let them represent me. Attorneys lie, lie, lie. That's why they have what they've got is from lying to their clients. So they can prosper for themselves only, they don't care about me or anyone else but their own greedy hearts Oh God Help us please, concerning these evil Attorneys. Shake them up Lord! And make them release what's coming to me after all of these years. I place it all in the hands of my savior, Jesus Christ my Lord.

This is the law firm that you need and the one where you can rest at ease, leaving your case in hands of excellent lawyers.

Spoke with Monique at this firm…I had only a short conversation but she seemed efficient and personable through the duration of the phone call I made regarding my mother’s legal matter… I felt I had no cause to be overly concerned, due to Monique’s efficient demeanor..Hoping for continued success in this matter.

They are Excellent Attorneys. I would like to add to my review. I just want to say that I stand by what I said about this law firm and have not made a false statement as incinuated by someone about the posts here. Not everyone is perfect. Things dont always go as planned and you just have to take it a day at a time. Instead of posting such negative things about this law firm, maybe you should call and talk to them to resolve your issues.
