My case is a dispute and small claim of about 2000 GBP with a real estate agent. Zain has carefully studied my case and sent well reasoned lawyer’s letter to the counterparty. The counterparty immediately responses to this solicitor’s letter despite they have ignored my request for about six months. Zain then has arranged a meeting trying to find a solution to avoid more cost on both sides which is again well received. Eventually within three weeks a solution was found and most of the claim I have requested was fulfilled.

There were further issues which I needed help with and Zain explained what steps I needed to take. I cannot explain how easy Zain made this process for me. After calling alot of lawyers online I seemed not to have any luck some lawyers were quoting around After calling alot of lawyers online I seemed not to have any luck some lawyers were quoting around £1500 to £2000 just for an eviction of my tenants until I called Zain Legal & Co I was so impressed with there fees they are very affordable & cost effective. After having my consultation with Zain he told me how he can help me he gave me a strategy plan which was something I never got from other law firms Zain told me how he can draft the eviction notice and the court papers if the tenants don't leave. I wanted this eviction dealt with swiftly and went for a VIP package for £500 and I really did feel like a VIP client I was contacted and updated daily I was even getting phone calls until 10pm so everything can be drafted and sent off on time with the VIP you are a priority client and I am grateful for such assistance not many law firm offers VIP service especially when you want quick resolution. My next step was to get help from Zain Legal & Co to come to court with me as a McKenzie Friend. I feel really stress free and calm after getting this help you really don't understand how stressed I've been for weeks and weeks until I found Zain Legal & Co who really helped me.
