I've had a great experience working with Yvonne. She's professional, qualified and very easy to talk to. I felt connected right away. She inspired me and helped me find clarity with my goals. I had a blessed opportunity to have 1-2-1 coaching with Yvonne.. From the first coaching session the changes in myself were instant. Yvonne’s words are very wise! It may sound easier said than done but Yvonne’s suggestions really work. Like anything, it takes PRACTICE. I currently practice Mindfulness Meditation which is similar to The Effect. My memory is much better as I focus on things and don’t let my mind wander into a multitude of thoughts that have happened or might never happen. Yvonne obviously is a very selfless and kind person. Thank you Yvonne - I will be following you as reminders are always a good thing.
