You have illegally taken money in the amount of3600$ from my business acct without my authorization. no one returns call no one answers email. I tried to dispute. I have called 10 times and left messages. I have left many mail no answer.
VERY DISSATISFIED WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. NO CALLS NO MAIL JUST TAKE MONEY OUT OF ACCOUNT.
CANCELLING MY SERVICE THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Completely screwed me over and wasted my money. Turned my website off while they still have my money. I paid them for 8 months to run seo for me and my website only got 2 organic views. All the business I got was through my own social media and paid adds. Stay away from these people!l They will charge your for setting up a half assed site and then just leaving it. They don’t perform SEO and they can’t even tell me what they were charging me for.
We’re sorry you’re frustrated. All agreed-upon services, including SEO and website management, were completed, and the site was taken offline only after the service term ended.

Aye have worked with this company for over 10 years and find them to be great to work with. Aye like things to be easy and uncomplicated, and this is where Janet excels. She is a Godsend as we have struggled over the last couple years and found ourselves changing up our advertising quite a bit. DO NOT GIVE YPC ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
This is the first negative review I have written in my life.
I have worked with YPC Media since April 2023. I paid them 10s of thousands of dollars over the course of 2 years for website, google my business creation as well as SEO, website management and google ads for 2 locations (Rochester,NY and Columbus, OH).
I think it’s important to note that this was the first marketing company I worked with and I put my trust in the professionals especially with things I know nothing about.
Over the course of 2 years it has been a disaster. First, my website had to be recreated because the original one did not function nor look the way it was intended to. My account manager ultimately quit and my new account manager openly agreed that I was mismanaged and as a result they would recreate my website for free. This ultimately turned out ok but would be thrown in my face later.
I also expressed my concern numerous times regarding my google ads, number of leads to my website and the overall results I was “suppose to be receiving.” Every single time there was a new reason why I wasn’t getting the results. This resulted in “something else” having to be done in order for this to “work properly.” I continued to trust the process but nothing changed.
I then started doing some digging and uncovered that nothing I was paying for was being done on the backend to support google my business, ads etc. There were suppose to be monthly posts, response to reviews etc. not one review was responded to and there were very few posts happening.
At this point I canceled my “subscription” and cut ties with YPC. I also asked for a refund of $4430.06 which was for the 19 total months they did nothing I paid them for within my google business profiles.
I was responded to by the owner (Mike Pavone) who stated that my contract clearly states no refunds but would offer me $1000 which I declined. He completely dismissed all of my concerns nor did he try and find a solution. Why offer any refund at all if there are “no refunds.”
I thought I was being fair considering the amount of money I paid them and it’s my understanding that all these things have to work cohesively to see results. Hence why I trusted them to manage it all but it’s looking like it was just a waste of a lot of time, money and lost income.
Everything was communicated via email so I do have all of the “receipts” despite how they may try to defend themselves.
Elena is the absolute best she’s very good at helping me with my business and always soo friendly and a joy to talk to!! I highly recommend her to help grow your business.😃😃😃
