Very prompt service, the garage door was repaired within 24hrs of my initial phone call and at a price which was the lowest of the three companies I initially contacted. For the first time since we moved into our house the garage door actually self opens to half way on unlocking it and a final gentle push has it fully open. I never knew it was meant to operate like this and have always had to lift the door open from shut albeit with some assistance from the lifting mechanism. All this was explained to me by Tony who is a very pleasant person.

Andy was helpful and efficient. He answered my phone quickly and gave me help as soon as he could. He helped me fix the garage door when the door was suddenly stuck on Sunday. He came to me in three hours.

Needed a garage door. Visited the Huss's lane showroom and liked what I saw. Sid came out the same day to give a quote for one of the side hung insulated doors and four weeks later it was fitted. Excellent quality door. Excellent service. Callum and Sean who did the installation were brilliant. The door seals all round the edge so no more dead leaves or rain blowing in!

Feel a bit guilty writing this review cos I fixed the garage door myself. Anyway I arranged for a man to come out today and he was really pleasant and helpful and pointed out what was wrong with the door. In fact there are quite a few things wrong – it’s 40 years old. So he (rightly) said it really needed a new door which would cost over £2000 – it’s a big door. Anyway this afternoon I did some drillng and screwing bits together and it now more or less works. So the point of this review? Well the firm seemed reliable and honest and didn’t try to pressure me into a purchase. I daresay the door will fall apart after a year or two in which case I’ll go back to them.

Recently had a new insulated garage door fitted by Your Garage Doors. Sid came out and gave excellent advice and his team did a great and professional install. Would recommend.

Rang Andy on Thursday and he came out to us on Friday, very polite and friendly. Gave us a quote which we were happy with, and carried out work to an excellent standard. Garage door is now fixed and we are have happy.

My garage door lock fell off when I inserted the key and landed inside the garage. I was left standing outside, staring at a locked door with no lock. I Googled garage door repairs and went down the list. The first four repairers I rang told me they couldn't come out to me till the following week and one told me ten days. I then rang My Garage Doors. Ninety minutes later Andy turned up. He got the door open on seconds and then repaired the lock. He also serviced the door so it opened more easily. I am very happy with the service I received and if ever have a garage door problem again, I shall contact My Garage Doors straight away.

Absolutely brilliant, Andy was so helpful and friendly and fixed my garage door with no issues at a reasonable price. He happened to be round the corner so was round within 30 minutes of me calling! He also had a card machine which was handy. Highly recommend

Our up and over garage door suddenly dropped on one side. Sid came on 7/3/2024 to size up the job and Andy came out on the 11/3/2024. A very quick fix, old spring reinstated, our newly purchased steel cables attached, a good grease and the cover put back on and the door was the best it has been since dad moved in in 2009. Garage door slides up easier than a hot knife through butter. (Now know to give all springs an annual grease.) Thanks guys.
