i had a. booking via booking.com. the host (your.rentals) cancelled it only 6 hrs before the check in. they sent an email they have a leak (single storey property, no any rain in the past weeks). booking.com sent an another email and said they can not accomodate due to overbooking. i'm not sure who is lie but definitely not recommend this company

Siamo arrivati a fine marzo in questa struttura, che dichiarava di avere il riscaldamento. Faceva 13°C, ma il riscaldamento non funzionava, un condizionatore non funzionava affatto, gli altri due erano guasti, non c'era acqua calda e il letto era completamente scomodo.
Dopo aver prenotato e pagato, la società YOUR.RENTAL ci ha chiesto un supplemento per la biancheria, mentre il proprietario sosteneva di non richiederlo.
Ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno per 35 notti, nonostante la legge preveda un massimo di 7 giorni.
UNA TRUFFA! Stiamo denunciando l'accaduto alle autorità: Guardia di Finanza, Comune, GUAP (Garanzia di Assistenza Pubblica), AGCM (Associazione Generale dei Comuni) e SCM (Società dei Comuni).

I used your rentals in order to manage my apartment that is listed on several booking sites. They promise that they can manage a calendar and sync all the bookings together, but instead what happened was I ended up with very angry customers because the system allowed them to be double booked and then charged me for having to cancel guests bookings. Absolutely useless - do not use them as a business owner, there are better companies out there that actually do as they say they will,

Hice una reserva a través de Booking en diciembre para julio y me mandan un email un mes y pico después diciendo que el apartamento ya no está disponible y que cancele yo la reserva . ... Cuando se me mandó confirmación de reserva y todo.

Después de ver las reseñas... Casi que me alegro podían haberme dejado tirada allí con el niño o lo de las cámaras que comentan que es muy fuerte

SCAMMERS. WE ADVERTISE OUR APPARMENT ON BOOKING THROUGH THEM FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS. THEY HAVE DOUBLE BOOKINGS. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. TAKING HIGH FEES FOR CANCELLATIONS EVEN MONTHS AHEAD. WHEN DOUBLE BOOKING HAPPENED WE REPORTED AND THEY ENDING CALLING THE FIRST BOOKING INSTEAD OF THE SECOND ONE. IN THE END THE SECOND ONE CANCELLED TOO. THEY TAKE NO OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND JUST USE AUTOMATIC BOTS AS HELP CENTER.

Very poor service
We had a 3 week holiday in July and August this year, on arrival we had no water in the house, this happened for 6 days over the 3 week period. The management company (George Lentaris) was informed and basically didn’t give a stuff! We had to use pool water in the toilets, we couldn’t wash or shower, clean or cooking equipment etc, the WiFi went down for 3 days, toaster didn’t work, missing drinking glasses, pool was cleaned the first week, then nothing. George Lentaris the management company or owner, we were never told came up 6 days before we were leaving to collect the government tax, but that’s the first and last time we saw him. There were 6 of us staying at the house. When we contacted your.rentals while still there, they said George Lantaris has been paid and there was nothing they could do (just looking after their pay cheque) we eventually were given 2 days refund. But that didn’t even cover the days lost! Let alone the ruined holiday!!! George Lentaris is Greek hom.es I have a shed load of WhatsApp messages from George Lantaris saying if I give a possitive review he would give 7 days money back! But I refused to lie, as wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer as we did. Your.homes were not interested in helping in any way, I tried to get a refund from my credit card company, but because it was a property management failure, they couldn’t give any refunds for the awful time we had. My advice is don’t use Your.rentals or Greekhom.es if you want to enjoy your holiday in Crete!!!!

Booked an apartment in Edinburgh for a Canadian friend for one week. It was confirmed then swiftly cancelled, according to Your rentals anyway but in booking.com it was still in my confirmed list of bookings. I asked why it was cancelled, they said they over booked but I dare say they didn't want to go for as cheap as I got it with genius discount.
They said it would be refunded and that was that. Received a cheeky message tonight telling me to stop message, it was canceled and that's that, they are too busy to keep responding. But I did not message again. I'll be very careful not to use any accommodation this cheeky company looks after. I took screenshots as proof but there's no facility to add them here

Ma non avevo voglia di iscriverla a tutti i portali.... Per poi avere magari prenotazioni doppie o triple per la stessa data,
e dover controllare quotidianamente 6 o 7 calendari....
Un mio collega che è anche un host mi ha consigliato Your.Rentals che con un solo annuncio copre tantissimi portali.
Non solo, l’Agente Tommi mi ha seguito durante il processo di omboarding.
