Great service, helpful and responsive

I rented an apartment through your.rentals and booking and it was a scam. A SCAM REPORTED TO THE NATIONAL POLICE IN TORREMOLINOS (Malaga, Spain). Apartment managed by Your.Rentals, with 3 phone numbers from Denmark, Nicaragua and Spain and no one answers. Only communication via BOOKING chat with a boot. The communication was terrible. They forced us to pay 30€ for "late check-in" for arriving at 6pm!!!! But the worst was yet to come. INSIDE THE STUDIO THERE IS AT LEAST ONE SECURITY CAMERA THAT COULD BE SEEN EVEN FROM THE SHOWER. THIS IS ILLEGAL IN SPAIN. Evidently we covered the camera. The response was that Your.Rental changed the access code on the door of the apartment so we were left stranded on the street while it was pouring and without any of our belongings. They demanded that we pay a "fine" of 50€ for covering the camera. We could only go to the police to report Your.Rentals for illegally preventing us from entering our home and leaving us in the street all night, for illegally seizing our belongings and for invasion of privacy. BOOKING did NOT HELP US AT ALL, only good words, but no refund of the apartment, no rehousing in another accommodation. A SCAM SUPPORTED BY BOOKING. BEWARE, YOUR.RETALS HAS MANY MORE APARTMENTS FOR RENT. NEVER RENT WITH YOUR.RENTALS.

Very professional company and quite prompt in attending to your requests and grievances and proactively helping out their customers. They have a team of excellent customer service representatives who will not leave any stone unturned to resolve your issues pertaining to listings or payments. I am very happy and pleased with their customer service department. I would like to mention one incident recently that shows their commitment and how they exceeded my expectations. I had difficulty listing my rental property on your.rental channel partner, Airbnb. I approached the support team, and Tom responded to my email. He went on his own and researched in depth to identify the real issues restricting my property from being listed on AirBnB. He also fixed the problem and ensured my listing on AirBnB. I haven't experienced such commitment very often in the past with other organizations. I would always recommend your.rentals to other people to use their services, and I have definitely benefited from their services.

Great Company to work with! The service they provide is excellent. Very friendly and responsive team. They make vacation rentals much easier. No need to upload each listing on different channels, they do it all for you. The rates and calender updates go to the channels without delay. As a former hotelier who has used many channel managers, I am happy to say that Your.Rentals channel manager works properly, also the payments are paid on time, even earlier than expected. Special thanks to Matteo who is always very kind, helpful and follows-up to ensure maximum sales! If you are looking for a channel manager for your vacation rentals don't look somewhere else!
