A Partner You Can Count On Overall: Honestly, out of all the booking platforms I’ve used, Your.Rentals has the most responsive and dedicated customer service. They act quickly and won’t rest until any issue is fully resolved. Payments are always on time, which adds to the trust. I’d confidently recommend Your.Rentals to anyone I meet. Pros: The platform is user-friendly and really helpful for those of us in the hospitality industry. It allows seamless connection to various sales channels and helps assess your property effectively. Cons: One downside is the lack of support for managing multiple identical units under a single listing—you have to create each one separately, which makes calendar management quite time-consuming.

Je laisse un avis spécialement pour BEM, un employé Your.Rentals qui mérite 5 étoiles pour son travail, sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et surtout sa gentillesse. Il a résolu un problème que nous avions avec un invité dans l'un de nos appartements en région parisienne et je le remercie personnellement pour la gestion de ce litige. Volevo mettere la mia proprietà online come B&B. Ma non avevo voglia di iscriverla a tutti i portali.... Per poi avere magari prenotazioni doppie o triple per la stessa data, e dover controllare quotidianamente 6 o 7 calendari.... Un mio collega che è anche un host mi ha consigliato Your.Rentals che con un solo annuncio copre tantissimi portali. Non solo, l’Agente Tommi mi ha seguito durante il processo di omboarding. Passo passo (sono un super mega space felix y Gallinibus BOOMER holiday-on-ice!!!). L’App è davvero intuitiva. Senza tanti fronzoli grafici ma completa. Buonasera, volevo fare tantissimi complimenti all'assistenza della You. Rentals. In questi giorni mi hanno aiutato con iproblemi dei miei clienti. Sono sempre stati super gentili, pazienti e disponibili. In passato non avevo mai trovato tanta efficienza. Sono felicissima👍👍👍👍👍

Have been trying to get in contact with them to cancel my booking for over a month now. Their phone isn't answered. I left messages but haven't heard from them. emails are not answered. Very poor customer service, will never book through them again. Edit: Although it took several months to get this resolved, in the end they did allow us to cancel the booking after providing a doctor's certificate as to why we couldn't travel (!). changed my one star rating to 3 stars as the issue was resolved in the end, it just took way more effort than necessary.

Alquilamos un apartamento por booking hace un mes , nos cobraron por adelantado . Una vez cobrado todo , nos pedían más dinero por cada cosa , como por ejemplo , 10€ por cada hora que pasara después de las 16:00 ( check in late le llaman ) obviamente me puse en contacto con booking y me contestaron que no estaba obligada a pagar nada más . La respuesta del apartamento fue dejarnos literalmente tirado en Malaga … sin proporcionarnos dirección del alojamiento ni PIN de entrada ( nos obligaban a pagar por llegar después de las 16:00 y encima no hay nadie físico ahí …) Después leímos que incluso hay una cámara dentro del alojamiento… cosa q es ilegal en nuestro país … Aún seguimos reclamando nuestro dinero

Como propietario, NO los recomiendo. No verifican la identidad de ningún huésped y el servicio de atención al cliente NO responde. Soy host, tuve una reserva con ellos por medio de Booking, el check in todo ok, le entregué las llaves del piso para que tenga acceso a la habitación de huésped que rento en mi apartamento. El huésped salió y no ha regresado a dormir, tampoco había dejado pertenencias en su habitación. Al otro día, ingresaron 3 personas, de malos aspectos, intoxicados, mal olientes, pretendiendo acceder a la habitación. Tuve que llamar a la policía y esta gente se fue. Me siento inseguro usando esta plataforma que no garantiza la seguridad, ni son capaces de responder los mensajes por parte de soporte. NO usen esta app. NO los recomiendo por su propia seguridad, que sospecho que fueron OKUPAS que quisieron tomarme el piso. Tuve que cambiar las cerraduras de todo el piso y nadie se hace cargo.

I rented an apartment through your.rentals and booking and it was a scam. A SCAM REPORTED TO THE NATIONAL POLICE IN TORREMOLINOS (Malaga, Spain). Apartment managed by Your.Rentals, with 3 phone numbers from Denmark, Nicaragua and Spain and no one answers. Only communication via BOOKING chat with a boot. The communication was terrible. They forced us to pay 30€ for "late check-in" for arriving at 6pm!!!! But the worst was yet to come. INSIDE THE STUDIO THERE IS AT LEAST ONE SECURITY CAMERA THAT COULD BE SEEN EVEN FROM THE SHOWER. THIS IS ILLEGAL IN SPAIN. Evidently we covered the camera. The response was that Your.Rental changed the access code on the door of the apartment so we were left stranded on the street while it was pouring and without any of our belongings. They demanded that we pay a "fine" of 50€ for covering the camera. We could only go to the police to report Your.Rentals for illegally preventing us from entering our home and leaving us in the street all night, for illegally seizing our belongings and for invasion of privacy. BOOKING did NOT HELP US AT ALL, only good words, but no refund of the apartment, no rehousing in another accommodation. A SCAM SUPPORTED BY BOOKING. BEWARE, YOUR.RETALS HAS MANY MORE APARTMENTS FOR RENT. NEVER RENT WITH YOUR.RENTALS.

SE SIETE PROPRIETARI O GESTITE APPARTAMENTI, STATE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA PIATTAFORMA. Ci hanno creato in soli 2 mesi più problemi e danni che altro, attualmente abbiamo 2 annunci identici (invece che passarcelo ci hanno fatto un duplicato e lasciato senza recensioni). Non valgono un centesimo.
