I've had my laptop for 6 years now and while I was using it yesterday, the screen just turned black. It was the first time it happened and I really don't know what to do. My mom gave it to me as a graduation gift, and I don't have the heart to just dispose of it and buy a new one. It is really special to me. I took it to a lot of computer repair shops, but all of them just said it could not be fixed. And when I was about to give up, one of my colleagues suggested this shop to me. It was my first time at Pro and they gladly accepted the work. I was told that they would call me once they found out what the problem was. They did not call me for that! They called me to tell me that they had already fixed it. I was so happy and impressed at the same time at how quickly they fixed it. I checked it and my laptop was as good as new. I definitely recommend this shop.

My go to tech professionals for years. They are EXCELLENT and I wouldn't let anyone else touch my computer. This review is old so I want to revisit it. I still rely upon Pro Technology and I have to say that I believe they have gotten even better with time. I don't know of any place that provides better service and I have not been tempted to go anywhere else since I found them. I popped in last week and they were so helpful and accommodating. They are the place to go for technology services.

I got my computer repaired here. I dropped it off late in the day on Friday and it was ready in late afternoon on Monday. So far it seems to be working fine and it is definitely much faster.

In October 2021, I took my external hard drive for repair. Sorin was very professional and helpful. He was able to successfully recover my data and move it to a new hard drive. Sorin communicated with me during the entire process and delivered on time. You couldn't go wrong with these folks.
