If I could put ZERO stars I would. This organization, in my opinion must have invested in having some questionable reviews written for them...don't believe the lies as I did. From beginning to end this organization was beyond problematic. Poor communication, with me, poor communication between office staff and the actual movers, rushed inexperienced packers lacking the basics like TV boxes, and bubble wrap. They moved me from OH to UT and pretty much damaged the majority of my big ticket items, too many to mention; however, feel free to reach out and I'll share a google drive link to pictures of most of the damage. They did refund some of my money after months of haggling and more poor communication, but it didn't come close to covering the cost of the items I had to replace.

Tyler, Neenah, Trey, and Ryu are amazing movers! They made the big move enjoyable. They are all professional and strong, and I highly recommend them when you’re making your move.

Jesus and keynon helped coordinate packing, loading, driving, and unloading. There were several others who contributed who also deserve commendation. I appreciated their professionalism, communication, and haste. We would definitely choose them again.

It’s been a crazy few weeks for me and my family and we were getting burnt out. I’m so glad this company came in to save us! They came the very next day we called. They were kind, funny, communicative and worked hard in making sure we got everything we needed within our time frame. So awesome. I hate moving but they’ve convinced me to just call them first next time!

If you want professionals request Danyle and Erik! I had to let go a prior moving company who sent me 4 people and didn’t even get a quarter of the job done in an hour and damaged my items. Erik and Danyle did 3x as much and wrapped up every piece of furniture as if it was their own in the same time frame. I loved the work, positive attitude and the professionalism. These guys are definitely my go to movers now! Thank you Erik and Danyle! And thank you “You Move Me Salt Lake City”

Tyler, Vao, Justin & McKenzie were phenomenal for getting our house loaded up for a move to a different state. Can’t thank them enough for all of their efforts especially in this Utah summer heat! Seriously amazing!

Overall I was happy with the move, Jesus and Justin did a great job, they were professional and polite and handled my belongings with care. I was not satisfied with the transparency on billing charges, but that is not a reflection on the moving crew.

We had an excellent experience with “You Move Me.” Our movers, Tyler and Keenan, showed up on time and were kind and courteous to my 92 year old mother. They took exceptional care moving things from the basement and efficiently and carefully tending to her treasures all the way to the truck and to unload at her new apartment in assisted living. They took time to explain all fees upfront and even greater care of mom’s things. I’d highly recommend this company if you need moving help! Thank you Numi for getting us all set up!

You move me Quoted me 4,000$ for my short range move. You move me had me set up a 30 minute window for a video call to walk through the home for an estimate. The quote was $4,000. Once the job was finished my final bill total was $6,000. I’m not really understanding why we need a 30 minute video call to estimate $4,000 when my final bill will be $6,000? I understand what an estimate is but we were not even in the ballpark for an estimate here for this move. This $2,000 gap in estimate cost is unacceptable. Skip the 30 minute video walk through of the home and just let them bill you whatever they want, just save the 30 minutes of a video call .

There are no words to express how thrilled we are that we found You Move Me after a horrible experience with a “moving company” who set out the betray and scam us at every turn. Numi and his team are remarkable and trustworthy and skilled at their profession. But more importantly they have integrity and I wish I could give them 100,000 gold stars instead of 5. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my sweet 87 year old Mom’s heart for rescuing us in a very real way!! You restore our faith in humanity!! There really are wonderful people in the world and they start with Numi, Mario (our man!!), Eric, and Daniel!!! We are forever grateful!!!
