SCAM If I could give no stars I would. This company is a scam. They are not avaiable to take phone calls, they do not respond to emails or messages. We've requested a refund and been told many times "someone will get back to you within 24 hours." This never happens. Do not involve yourself with this company. Been trying to get money back since October 2025. SCAM.

The Introduction session is LIVE!!! First of all, I loved the fact that this planning session was REALLY LIVE! There were TONS of useful information and in terms that I could actually understand! Then there is a LIVE Q & A session at the end where your questions are really answered!!! This was AMAZING!!!

This interaction was so disappointing I am writing my first ever Google review! While the webinar offered some genuinely valuable insights, my overall experience was ruined by a condescending follow-up call. Despite being the financial decision-maker and managing my children’s education, the representative insisted on involving my husband and refused to continue the conversation without him. This approach was outdated and frustrating. To make matters worse, I was unfairly told to “try and be respectful” despite their unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on this disappointing encounter.

I'm not sure about other people but to me Yorshire is the best!!! The advisors gave very good tips and advise on how to apply for my kids' colleges. They are very attentive and helpful. They are on top of each step I do from beginning to submittal. The team has earned what they deserved. Overall, I have financial support of $79K from school that my kid is planning on going. I'm very greatful and glad that I found Yorkshire to support me otherwise I'm not able to support him through colleges. Thank you Very Much Yorkshire Team!!!

Excellent overview of student financial aid planning and pitfalls. Join a zoom meeting and find out what you're missing before applying for college aid.

PARENTS LISTEN UP!!! DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! These people are not helpful at all! It’s just two hour zoom call Q and A sessions you can easily google. If you need help with FAFSA, please CALL FAFSA straight up, they are a lot more knowledgeable and will walk you through the process. The college financial advisors are also a great resource. I have been trying to get refund information for my mom for months now and it’s radio silence. Please don’t waste your money! I understand college planning is daunting, but before falling for this scammy company, please reach out to ANY school or personal financial aid officers.

SCAM!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS. These people are not helpful at all!!! I get that college can be daunting to new families, and these people take full advantage of it. I have been trying to get a refund for my mom for months now and it is radio silent.

Wish I found them sooner Would give 10 stars if I could! When I first saw Yorkshire's IG ad regarding their free webinar about how they could help families save on college costs I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a shot. By the middle of the webinar I was sure they could help, but it was difficult mentally to commit to spending more money when we were already strapped due to college costs 2 years into our first daughter's undergrad costs. I'm so glad I got over this (their payment plan helped) because as a result of the very first process that they suggested and helped with, we saved $2,200 immediately (for this Springs expenses) and we haven't even done the processes that should help with costs going forward. I only wish that we had found them sooner (should've been scrolling IG more I guess). The good news is that, for our younger daughter, we will be using their services from the start which will no doubt have a positive impact on her college options (not just financially due to cost savings, but also due to opening up opportunities that we thought were off the table because of lack of knowledge). I can't recommend them highly enough!
