This location is the absolute #1 option for the Spring Tx area Jimmy Butch and bryon were extremely professional not only that but the two mechanics that were on duty Chris and Will are very knowledgeable and thorough you can tell they are professionals 1st auto repair shop where I feel I’m in good hands and will be told the truth I haven’t visited another repair shop where they not only take the time to sit down with you and give you a fantastic short run down about this location and the company but they also took me outside to actually see my vehicle which is extremely transparent and trustworthy needless to say I will be bringing my families vehicles but have already started recommending this location to everyone I know thank you Yes Automotive! Keep up the great work!

Worst service ever my dad went for an oil change and end up leaving with a $400 dollar bill, they offered a “free” state inspection and tire rotation but end up charging him for the service, and they add him a $200 amount just for labor for an hour service

Quick and excellent service. Clean, cool and comfortable waiting room. They did what I asked and made recommendations on things that might be done the next time I come I even got a coupon for an inspection, which I’ll need soon. Would definitely recommend Yes! Automotive to Anyone I can.

I went in to get an oil change. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and notified me of the 3 nails I had in my tires which they also rotated for me. Overall great experience, they mentioned standard maintenance I was due by mileage. No high pressure sales, just facts! Highly recommend!

Stopped in at 430pm after my air conditioning wasn't blowing as cool anymore. Mario and Luis promptly took care of me. They took the time to actually show and explain to me what the problem was and corrected the issue. I do my own mechanic work so I know when a place is trying to cheat you. I didn't get that here, the guys are genuine and efficient. Thanks for the fast last minute service guys!
