The Cleaning Service is Great! But the Customer Service is horrible. On several occasions they have withdrawn funds from my account weeks ahead of my scheduled time of service. In addition, when you tell them that you received a discount text or email from them and you try to use it they do not want to honor it or says that it is no longer valid when there is no information stating expiration or when you have to use it. For a long time customer almost 1yr or longer it is frustrating when you have to challenge them to use and/or honor a discount that they sent to you. I have been more frustrated dealing with with them is not pleasant each time. This will be my last time.!
