Absolutely dire.. First and foremost I would like you say the staff are lovely, especially the beautiful young lady at reception with the diamond on her tooth.. She is an asset to this hotel. That for me was the only redeeming features, it was so tired and NOTHING like the photo's listed online.. My pillows were stained brown with some blood strains, along with God knows what... The entire place needs renovation. I booked for 3 nights, checked out after one. After some emails I have been promised a full refund.. Agoda was of very little help, this was stressful upsetting, Agoda needs to step and help it's customer's!!!!

Disappointing More than disappointing. We booked this hotel for one night and were more than disappointed. The hotel has a great location but next to that... swimming pool without water and under construction (in the middle of August...), a lot of humidity, very poorly soundproofed rooms where you could hear the neighbors and what was happening in the corridor. The air conditioning made a monster noise impossible to sleep with... anyway I would not recommend this hotel even considering its price!

Convenient location Yans House has been a convenient stopover hotel in Kuta on more than one occasion. It’s keenly priced and just a few minutes’ drive to the airport. Useful luggage storage facility if you’re planning on leaving the island and coming back. Breakfast is okay if it’s included in the rate, otherwise there are plenty of options nearby. I’ve stayed in the basic double room and the slightly fancier one with a bath. Frustratingly, the hot water water isn’t always hot and plentiful enough for a bath, and the shower is hand-held or sit-down only, so I’d suggest skipping the upgrade unless you’re desperate for a bath or enjoy sitting in a bath to shower!

Hotel Murah Dengan Desain Unik di Bali Yans House Bali, hotel dengan desain unik disetiap kamar. Kamarnya cukup luas, nyaman dengan fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap, kamar mandi juga cukup luas, sayangnya airnya sedikit kecil. Fasilitas kolamnya tidak terlalu besar, tapi masih enak buat berenang. Moisture / Mould Issue Location is great. HOWEVER i think this hotel has a major MOULD issue. We stayed in the astro turf room, as soon as we walked in we could smell and old moisture smell straight away. The aircon was on blast and you could see droplets of water dripping off. I had to open the window straight away. If you are downstairs in the lobby you can count over 10 aircons in the room operating but the lobby is still very warm. With split system units usually you can see them from the outside of the building ....at this hotel you cannot see. I strongly believe the building has alot of water / mould damage but the hotel has just painted over it.

The best option in Kuta The location of the hotel is super! Beach is a 5 min walk. Lots of great restaurants, shops, malls nearby. Staff are so lovely, they helped me with everything! The hospitality was excellent. While I waited for my room, they provided me with some juice and macaroons. Terima kasih! The design of the room's interior is nice! I extended my stay several times and lived in different rooms. Booking.com made a room upgrade for me, thanks a lot! I stayed in the "Love Nest" room which was spacious and clean! Also I stayed in the "THE VINTAGE GROOVE", "HOMELAND" and "BACHELOR’S PAD" rooms which were great! They change the bedsheets every day and deliver handmade chocolates each night which is a really cute touch. Several times I ordered food from their restaurant to my room, it was so delicious and even cheaper than outside! Breakfast was also tasty and substantial! I loved having meals or drinks in the comfortable dining area listening to great music, thanks a lot for broadcasting Mark Knopfler' concerts) I must confess I loved the liquid soap in the bathroom so much, it smelled fantastic!!! The pool is small but it was enough for me. I definitely recommend this hotel! (-) No refrigerator. Ants AC is noisy. The noise coming from outside if you stay in "Love" room. "BACHELOR’S PAD" is more suitable for men because there is only one small mirror in the room )

TERRIBLE Terrible room. Room was not like pictures. Light was flickering all night even though the lights had been switched off. Nearly caused me to have a seizure. Staff don’t care. Unhelpful. My friend also had booked a room on booking.com - we arrived at 11pm and they had cancelled his booking. AVOID. Cheap for a reason!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for the upgrade. We had booked the queen victoria room but the music from the street was too loud for us on day 1 so we requested a switch even it was a category lower since they didnt have other rooms in teh same category. They got us upgraded to the VIP room, which was excellent. Service was acceptable considering the price point. Completely value for money and the location is very central. I would stay here again.

Stay @ instagramable place Kali kedua kami ber honeymoon disini. Sebelumnya di awal pandemi saat Nyepi di Maret 2020. Dimana okupansi hanya 2 room saja selama 3 hari. Namun matur suksme u/pelayanan para hotelier yg tetap terbaik ditengah keterbatasan saat pandemi.Kami menginap di kamar Love Nest di lantai 2 yg menghadap jalan Kartika Plaza. Semua fasilitas dlm kondisi perfect & bersih. Sebetulnya ada fasilitas pindah kamar dgn tema yg lain, namun kami saat itu kurang cocok dgn view-nya. Mungkin next time jika tinggal disini akan kami gunakan fasilitas tsb. Sekali lagi matur suksme u/ pelayanan para hotilier

last minute I stayed here with my friend and surprisingly we are surprised with an unexpected room, we choose family room, the room not too big and not too small. just enough for 4 person. all excellent. good service, and the most important thing is near tourist destination and airport! it tooks only 10 minutes IF there is no traffic :)

We love to stay here i’m a little bit surprised got this email just now,, cause it almost one year from my last booking here. Actually my last staying in Yan’s House Hotel Bali was amazing. I love how the way they treated us. Like special welcome drink and cold towel that we really need after from outside, lol. But, the one that i notice and feel there’s something unique abt this hotel is for their special theme for every room which is mean, they have different interior design. That is genius 😁. For the food was tasty. Love it. And the cleanliness was perfect. I really mean it. But if you would consider, hope there will be a hair dryer for every room. Make traveller feels more comfy i guess. It’s okay for short escape When I got so busy with full work, I just need escape from the craziness! Got this hotel from Traveloka with a deal price. I have know this hotel since the building was really iconic and eye catching from outside. Love their themes room design. I stay at deluxe vintage and the room it was okay with a vintage collection which is I like it. However, in this new normal procedure as guest I haven’t informed anything about their health and safety protocol or at least some letter that info about the room has been sanitized first, all these things should be implemented and require for all the hotels. I was insecure when I go to the room, but thankfully I have always bring my disinfectant and I spray to entire room from pillow, bed, remotes, table, and towels. It would be great if the management pay attention for this one. Over all it’s a nice one. Thanks.
