Visited the old ruins on trail, there is hot pools in the creek which I consider better than man made pools, use to swim in the original blogs back in the sixties

Stunning location. Clean and warm pools. Lots of lockers and life jackets. A bit of a (beautiful) drive to get there but a great way to relax and unwind in the mountains. Affordable for a family.

Miette Hot Springs is such a beautiful and relaxing spot — definitely worth the drive! The mountain views are incredible, and soaking in the warm water surrounded by nature feels amazing, especially after a hike. The changing rooms and facilities are simple but clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but if you go early in the morning or later in the evening, it’s much quieter.
