I was ordering from overseas and the shipping times were outstanding a traceable every step of the way!
Despite xsquisite smokes best efforts to protect all the fragile components and I do mean best efforts even I was surprised when I found a damaged component ( very delicate clay bowl ) but it would appear all the bubble wrap, fragile stickers and double boxing was not going to stop the airport cargo team and the delivery man’s five a side they had planned with my parcel to break it
I am not disgruntled in the slightest with this as within an hour of emailing the team at xsquisite to show what I had received thanks to our delightful delivery men they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me in a way which best suited me
Customer service was a+++ and I would not hesitate to make a purchase again from the store
Let’s just hope the airport cargo team v ups delivery teams rivalry has ended and my parcel doesn’t get caught up in the next grudge match

I ordered an oduman and it was dispatched instantly. Unfortunately the delivery company had logistic issues. Messaged customer service and in just a couple of hours, they picked up another set and personally delivered to my home.
I was completely overwhelmed as in today's world, it's rare for businesses to ensure customers are happy. I was so impressed at this and cannot recommend this company any more. Thank you all for the exceptional service.
Absolutely amazing! Excellent team and great stuff. I received my order after 3 days and the customer service helped me immediately to return an item that unfortunately was not matching my shisha. The best customer service ever! 10+ I absolutely recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much!
