Such a breeze to book appointment. Xool service team is on time, professional, skilled and friendly. I don't think I am going to use anyone else for my aircon servicing from now on.

Just engaged Xool for aircon cleaning service for the very first time. No photo was taken because of basic respect to the technicians. They provided a thorough cleaning and removed all inner parts and rollers out to wash. Even though all my 3 units of rollers were very dirty and covered with dust, the technicians were honest and said they do not need to use chemical wash. This is the part where I was not happy about the previous two aircon servicing companies, with packages signed and a routine 3 months servicing, yet they always suggested chemical wash and other add-on. Xool assigned their team 1815 with two technicians from India, experienced, polite, and they make sure the bathroom cleaned up properly after the service. 👍👍👍 Most importantly, they are honest to share that today is the first service, so they included extra cleaning parts for free, but it will be chargeable next time, and I'm totally fine. 👍

They were Super fast Super efficient! Love how they listened to my concerns n explained the possible solutions in a simple manner for my understanding n decisioning. And kuddos to their automated email/message reminders on my appointment schedule. I must say it was a very seamless experience! Looking forward to a Xool experience going forward!

エアコンの水漏れがどうしようもなくなった土曜の朝にウェブのチャットで問合せをしたところ、すぐに対応してくれ1時間で来てくれました。 他の業者さんは応答がなかったり、空いている作業日が3週間後と言われたりするなかで圧倒的に素晴らしいレスポンスです。 やってきた作業員も非常にプロフェッショナルで技術も高いように思います。高額なサービスを勧めてくることもなく、状況を確認したうえで必要なサービスを提案してくる姿勢にも信頼がおけます。 金額も他の業者と比較して適正だと思います。その後、残念ながら水漏れが再発してしまったのですが、その際も翌日朝のアポイントメントを取ってくれました。 英語対応にはなりますが、日本人の方にもおススメです。

Engaged their service while our house was undergoing reno. With their help, managed to do retrunking, repositioning and also chemical wash. Raymond was very responsive when I enquired on IG and managed to secure an appt quickly for a site visit. During consultation, I already knew that these guys know their stuff very well and the price they quoted was affordable. Subsequently, the 2 men (Satham and Robin) who would come down to do their jobs did their work efficiently and well. Also v easy to work with. I feel very assured with their service. The technicians that arrived at my house were likewise excellent. They were kind, competent, and efficient, and they came on time. They took the time to explain the issue with my air conditioner and what needed to be fixed. They were very considerate of my house, tidying up after themselves and leaving no trace of their presence. Xool Aircon delivered a high-quality job. My air conditioner is currently performing better than ever. I appreciate their team's meticulous attention to detail in completing everything appropriately. As a result, I've signed up for the annual package. They accept credit cards as a form of payment. Booking an appointment was simple since I just needed to go online and follow the steps to select my desired slot. The greatest thing is that my appointment was confirmed instantaneously, even when I booked it in the middle of the night. Overall, I strongly suggest Xool Aircon to anybody in need of air conditioning services. Superb service from Xool! Can't believe there's a service that exists now which allows you to book same-day servicing. Reza & Zakaria were extremely professional, tidy & swift in their services. They came on time and left in an hour. Highly recommended and you have a new customer!

They are quite professional and punctual. Provide decent service with good people. Once I had a water condensate leakage and they immediately attended to the issue and sorted it out. You get timely reminders and very polite staff to service your ACs.

Having using xool for 3 years. Friendly folks and professional. They always ask before shifting any furniture to clean the air conditioning. Easy to book and never over sells me on anything. Contemplating getting the annual package given how I call them up every 3 months

Ridiculously unprofessional! Aircon was dripping water. Paid for servicing but did not resolve the problem. Paid again for them to change piping because they said that was the problem. 3 months later and it’s dripping water again. They said it’s not their problem. Asking for $50 to “come check to see what’s the problem”. What kind of piping gets worn off and needs to be changed after 3 mths. It’s obviously poor workmanship which they are not taking responsibility!
