We used XLT Construction 3 weeks ago to complete a kitchen renovation project and updates for 2 bathrooms. XLT did an outstanding job. Meeting a passionate Leonel for a design discussion and competitive estimate clinched the deal for us. Throughout the process, Lionel was very responsive to our calls, questions and provided timely solutions and recommendations (always the same day). He even guided us through the process of directly sourcing our supplies and fixtures (as opposed through his 3rd party suppliers) saving us money off the original estimate. His detailed estimate was very accurate. Our crew, led by Enrique , with Manuel, were always on time. Their attention to detail, interest in all our concerns, and recommendations on the fly made the project a great success that exceeded our expectations. To top it off, the 3 week estimate to complete the project actually only took 2 weeks. XLT’s attention to customer satisfaction, quality of work, and outstanding communication easily justifies the 5 star rating. Will be using them again and recommending to friends in the future.

Bathroom Full Remodel Leonel Came and was very detailed in his quote. That helped to ensure there was no surprise expense. Victor and Alfonso with their crew were on time clean and worked hard each day. Their professionalism and talent shone every day. I would use them for future projects and recommend them. Very professional, timely, and well priced

XLT was great in helping me with my outdated bathroom remodel. Leonel was patient with me as I navigated the details in the contract. The process went well except for a tile order issue that wasn’t their fault. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was bc the drywall team wasn’t as detailed as the plumber, tile and glass door teams. I would recommend to my family and friends. They were respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Leonel and his team did an amazing job tiling our whole downstairs floor! They were very professional, on time and I had quoted other companies and Leonel's price was most reasonable. Definitely recommend and will go back to them for future work!

I was so impressed with Leonel. He responded to my inquiry and was at my home to review my project promptly. He is professional and personable. He listened to my ideas, presented options that improved my concepts. His quotation was very detailed and clearly understandable.

I am very impressed with XLT Construction Inc. We replaced an unused tub into a beautiful shower and in the Master we got rid of our small shower. Now we have a master piece. I really enjoyed picking out the materials the most. Everyone that showed up were very nice and professional. Great communication. Definitely recommend this business for your bathroom remodeling.

The XLT team is nothing but first class!! We had a unique bathroom remodel. Victor was the lead on it and his expertise and patience was tremendous. The whole XLT team’s philosophy is customer first and to ensure things were to our liking. Did not hesitate to hear our thoughts and think outside the box when it came to minute details. Excellent construction remodel company. They got the job done very efficiently. The tile work they did is beautiful! The crew always cleaned up the job site after each days work. Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled. Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad). The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week. Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that.

I have used XLT Construction for several projects. The latest was to install new floor tiles in the kitchen, fix drywall damage, add new base boards and fix a leak on the outside wall. Victor did all the work, was professional, kept the work area clean and was meticulous and detailed in his work. My kitchen and dinning room are perfect now.
