Bien ☺ La vista ☹ Poca higiene, varias cucarachas en la habitación y no había agua caliente en la ducha. Mal servicio en recepción. Me cobraron dos veces el alojamiento (una por booking y otra en el hotel) y se hicieron los desentendidos. Todavía no he podido lograr el reembolso.

We suggest that you contact the platform through which you made the reservation directly to clarify any doubts or issues regarding this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to do more about it, although we have already provided you with some options that may help resolve the situation. Staff was really nice I recently stayed at your hotel and experienced a delay of 2 hours at check-in before I could access my room the hotel was having issues with the WiFi and can’t see my reservation. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it affected my experience. I appreciate any steps you can take to ensure smoother check-in processes for future guests. Amazing Property! Panoramic view of the Ocean This property was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The pools were clean. The food was wonderful and a good price. We were hungry late at night and they delivered food to us in the room at no additional cost. They put us in a corner suite on the 3rd floor. Panoramic view of the ocean. Gorgeous. Quiet. Clean. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom shower was impeccable. Hot water. Good water pressure. Modern. Soap, shampoo, conditioner. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. ☺Cleanliness, room comfort

- La propiedad esta muy descuidada, - Los apartamentos sucios y hay cucarachas, - No nos limpiaron el apartamento aduciendo que nuestra estancia era solo de 2 dias a pesar que por telefono nos confirmaron que si lo harian. Cuando pedimos esa limpieza nos dijo el jefe de seguridad que el coste adicional para esta limpieza era de 25 USD, a lo cual nos negamos. - La playa esta sucia y las hamacas en un estado lamentable. ☹Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Lamentamos que su experiencia con nosotros no haya sido satisfactoria, aun así le remitimos a la pagina de Expedia donde claramente pone que la limpieza no es de manera diaria, durante su estadía no recibimos reporte de su parte sobre las cucarachas y la suciedad sino después que le negamos la limpieza, lamentamos el ruido que tuvo lugar en la piscina, esperamos en su próxima visita cumplir sus expectativas y un mejor comportamiento de su parte en las áreas comunes.

Views are amazing, food is good, but that's it.....You can find better ☺The views were amazing, food was good, staff was friendly, the pool was a nice vibe. Not sure why this hotel has such a high rating because those were the only good things about this place. If they actually read the reviews and put their efforts into fixing what so many people have complained about, this hotel would be soooooo perfect!!! ☹1. We were handed a skeleton key that had to match the exact pattern of the key hole which made it extremely difficult to get in. We had to ask a passing staff to help us. (my cousin and her husband got key cards that were deactivated before the end of their stay. They had to go back and forth several times with reception, which made us late to our scheduled excursion. Not to mention all the other negative experiences the rest of my family went through. There are so many!! We had 6 rooms in total) 2. When we finally made it into the room, we found that EVERYTHING was either was gross, old, not working, or falling apart. We found that the bedroom with the 2 beds was full of bugs/ants. We called the reception who sent someone to patch some holes and change the sheets, but we still saw ants crawling all over the walls so we ended up pulling the beds away from the wall so they wouldn't crawl on the beds again. 3. The living room TV seemed like it was hanging by a thread (i told my family DO NOT TOUCH IT!! I was afraid it would fall off the wall) 4. There was still hair in the bathrooms, the counters were dirty, the blender was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING (not that i was going to use it, but still) We ended up getting cleaning products to clean the entire apartment so we could clean to our comfort. 5. LAST AND CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, WE WOKE UP TO OUR DOOR BEING CRACKED OPEN!!!! HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!!!

Atemberaubende Aussicht ☺Die Aussicht war einfach wundervoll! Unser Apartment war grosszügig geschnitten, hatte einen schönen Balkon und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Telvis an der Rezeption. Er war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich und sorgte stets dafür, dass wir uns wohlfühlten, indem er regelmässig nachfragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Anlage selbst bietet einen schönen Pool und ein tolles Restaurant – alles mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Privatstrand, der wirklich schön ist. Im Juli hatten wir den Strand fast immer für uns allein, was fantastisch war. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da die Anlage auf einem Hügel liegt und weitläufig ist. Für uns war das aber ein willkommenes Training! Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr schön und absolut empfehlenswert.

Mucho que mejorar!!! ☺ La ubicación y el área de playa ☹ Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba lista, luego de esperar 1/2 hora llegamos y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, fue un técnico que no pudo resolver. Quedaron de enviar otro y luego de 1 1/2 hora de esperar, decidimos ir a recepción para reclamar. La solución fue cambiarnos de apartamento, en el nuevo tampoco funcionaba el aire del área de la sala. Al otro día, lo repararon. En la tarde del segundo día, sentimos personas entrando al apto, efectivamente, les habian entregado llave de nuestro apartamento a otra familia que recién llegaba. En la madrugada se fue la energía y tardaron más de 1/2 hora para encender la planta eléctrica. En definitiva, mucha deficiencia en el servicio!!!

paradisiacamente abrumador. ☺la vista, la cercania a la vista del mar, el balcon del departamento, el espacio amplio y libre de la cocina comedor y sala. ☹la caminata a la playa subidas y bajadas, no es apto para gente con alguna discapacidad piernas o rodillas o pie. se veia abandonada la playa, los chiringuitos no estaban abiertos.

Wunderbare Aussicht ☺Die Aussicht ist bezaubernd, und es gibt einen privaten Strand. Die Apartments sind geräumig und haben einen grossen Balkon. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich, insbesondere Herr Telvis an der Rezeption. Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren im Juli dort und hatten den Strand praktisch für uns alleine. Die Poolanlage ist schön und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht. Wer jedoch nicht gut zu Fuss ist, könnte hier Schwierigkeiten haben, da es teilweise sehr steil bergauf geht. Für uns war es ein gutes Training. :-) Wir würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
