Hello, good afternoon, we hope you are feeling great!You told us that the unit was dirty, it seems strange to us since it was supervised and delivered clean and aromatized (We do this with all our units) We have no report of that during your stay, regarding insects, We have an intense fumigation program, and yes if we receive reports of pests or too many insects, we carry out fumigation and extra cleaning. Our staff and their service, in all areas, have very good comments from guests, specifically, their empathy and natural kindness, our priority will always be to provide good service and for us it is very important to always help our guests in whatever they need.Hot water, indeed, several customers reported that they did not have hot water, to which we responded immediately, leaving the heater running. This one has no defects. It just turned on. It is an intelligent heater, which automatically turns off at the slightest change in voltage. In this sense we will be attentive, reinforcing the correct instructions to the guest upon arrival.Extra towels, We believe that this was a misinterpretation, because, at any time, even in the probable case, that they are in the washing and drying process, whenever the client requests they are delivered directly to the apartment.We hope that you will give us the opportunity again to receive you and to be able to provide you with the wonderful service that characterizes us.
