I’m honestly shocked that you would go so far as to accuse me of being a fake person. As a doctor, honesty with your clients should be non-negotiable—PERIOD. Randomly changing prices without informing your clients? That’s not generosity—that’s GREED. And in the end, greed never wins. I brought this to your attention, and you dismissed it as if I didn’t matter. But I know I’m not the only one who has experienced this. You may not care, but others will.

I consulted Dr. James Mok for a tummy tuck but was persuaded to opt for liposuction instead. Despite trusting his advice, my stomach barely shrank. When I expressed disappointment at my post-op appointment, his response was dismissive.

I had my thyroid fine needle aspiration done here. The whole procedure went smoothly. Dr Kenneth was very capable and reassuring. The sonographer and 2 other personnel (Jess and another nurse) were there throughout the procedure and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was done efficiently quick and most importantly did not hurt at all even after the anaesthetic effect had passed.
Thank you for making this procedure so painless and stress-free. Also thank you for sending me the pictures of the ultrasound upon request too. Very cool.
