Edit: Customer rep reached to me and offered me a full refund even though the packing was opened and offered me an additional 15% on next order.
Ordered a 2M long cable extension mistakenly and paid for it. After two three minutes I messaged them via whatsapp and informed that I needed a 5meter cable and I ordered this by mistake.
Tried calling them but phones were not answered / switched off may be because of the long weekend.
After couple of days I got my first response saying that no 5m cables are available.
I asked these bugers to initiate a refund as I did not receive the item and it was not shipped at that time.
Couple of days later they have sent the extension cable and still no response to my messages at all.
