Really happy with the very timely, thorough and frank service from lawyer Pranav Bhanot and solicitor Binal Shah at Wyn Legal in dealing with a tenant issue very quickly and with an outcome in our best interest. Both Pranav and Binal were available to answer all my phone calls (even at 9pm) speaking openly to me and were very approachable. Both worked out of office hours to resolve a tenant issue for the landlord thoroughly and speedily. Really impressed with the forthcoming free legal advice given by Pranav, which drove me to choose his services. Very happy with the service following their hire and would highly recommend.

Really outstanding. I received a nasty surprise from my previous tenants for compensation for not protecting their deposit within time. However, this was nothing to do with me as the letting agents were managing my property who kept me in the dark about quite few things it did shake me for the amount of compensation previous tenants solicitors wanted to sue me for. Having approached Pranav who knew exactly what to do and managed to resolve the issue by paying out a reasonable amount to the other party. I strongly believe Pranav’s first letter to the Solicitors left them speechless and in addition he managed to recover some money from the letting agents too.
