Refusing to pay compensation after cancelled flight
Air France cancelled our flight less than 4 hours before our flight was due to depart. Under EU regulations we are due compensation and this was confirmed by the Air France representative when rearranging our flights and when we filed our compensation claim.
6 months later we have still not received our compensation and have been told by various representatives we have contacted via email, phone and live chat that it is impossible to contact the team that handles these claims. Every time we do hear from them they simply request the same documentation that we have already provided and return to silence, refusing any and all communication attempts.
