1)- They are the worst of the worst!!! 2)- I placed an order for slippers on the 17th, before I pushed pay I was given a message that I would receive the slippers on the 24th, Christmas Eve. 3)- I then got an email from them saying there may be changes to the shipping because they are experiencing high demand. 4)- Then I received an email from them that says that the slippers are going to be here between the 27th and the 30th. 5)- After three phone calls including speaking with a supervisor they told me there was nothing they would do for me that it was my fault and that they're not going to return the slippers with the shipping fee. 6)- Everyone I spoke with was an uneducated obstinate bull-minded dishonest Filipino girl who could not speak English very well. 7)- I'm now going to place a complaint with the better Business bureau the consumer hotline and every other entity out there that will know that there should be a buyer beware on this website don't use them no matter what!!!

I ordered a WINTER coat on November 29, 2024, all that has happened is a LABEL was created. I called them today December19 2024 to see what happened to my coat. I was told it was supposed to have reached me on December 11,2024. Now it's going to take 2 days to find out what happened to my order. I don't think they tried to fulfill my order. I might get a refund in 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY from ZULILY they are selling things they can't find. I think it's the old bait and switch routine. If I hadn't called them, they would have never contacted me about my order. While it's fine I might get a refund. I'm still out a winter coat and I have to wait for the refund to purchase another coat for winter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from Zulily. Zulily could fix this by following through with their orders. Again, DO NOT BUY from Zulily.

I used to use Zulily all the time and loved the app. Great products. The "new" Zulily is awful. An item I ordered never arrived and they refuse to refund me. I have the NEST video that shows no one was at my door at the time that UPS said they delivered. They have lost a good customer. Deleting the app from my phone and I am gone forever. Beware.

Monster fest What happened to Zulily?It's horrible. I USED to love shopping zulily. Everything changed,no good clothes and prices skyrocketed. I am so very disappointed

This company is closed now but... The pay for the Seattle area is excruciatingly low. Apparently it's identical to the pay in the Columbus location, except you won't be at 50% of the AMI in columbus like you will be in Seattle. My small direct team and a few adjacent teams were filled with amazing people. The job was unique. I have yet to come across anything quite like it. However, there was a deep culture of disrespect and distrust where higher ups consistently didn't believe in the feedback and abilities of those on the lower rungs of the teams, despite those people doing all the grunt work and being most intimate with the requests at hand. Managers don't hold enough power to help you advance if they wanted to and they get shuffled all the time. Once we didn't even have one for the better part of a year! It was never difficult to use my PTO though i think this varies wildly by department. Pros: Excellent direct coworkers, sbux in building, unique job, decent time off benefit Cons: Truly terrible pay, mediocre benefits, mediocre management, bad business strategy, toxic work culture

It was good until it was gone Zulily was a pretty okay work environment. It was consistent. You knew what to expect when you clocked in. The work was easy, the calls weren't constantly back to back and the pay was pretty decent. It's a shame they went out of business.

Loved It Before It Crashed Worked there for over 5 years and lucked out with my job, enjoyed the people I worked with and the work itself. Not everyone had a great experience there but my team was awesome. Too bad upper management burned it to the ground with bad decision after bad decision.

Burn out culture Don't be too flexible they will burn you out! Managers don't care if you have work life balance but will act like they do. Too burned out to even look for another job.
