I booked to see Michelle Lats week with s long on going lower back problem. I must say Michelle is very through when going through my medial history which made me feel confident that and an all treatment going forward would be designed for my issues. I have left the appointment feeling very positive after this initial session . Michelle has started work on the problem area . Yes, given me homework with 3 strengths to help with my Quads. If you are looking for an Osteopath try Michelle .I am very content and I have been given a plan to work through my old injuries.

Michelle is very professional and knowledgeable on her subject. I'm always sceptical when visiting a specialist for the 1st time as I haven't had much luck before with other practitioners, but Michelle instilled confidence and made me feel relaxed while explaining everything clearly. She provided me with exercises and followed up with me upon recieving results from the program. I would definitely recommend her to anyone suffering with aches and pains. Just one session has made a big difference to my symptoms. Excellent treatment, care and service. Thanks.

I was struggling with a lower back problem which was hindering my work and sleep. Michelle quickly identified where the issue was and in just few sessions made a huge difference.
I was enough lucky to find Michelle.
She is the best osteopath I have ever known. Very friendly person, knowledgeable and if you are in agony because of the pain she will see you, doesn’t matter if it is week days or weekends.
I was impressed with the exercise app Michelle provided. It was great to be able to set reminders and track progress. I have been seeing Michelle periodically.

I can strongly recommend Michelle. She is so personable and really friendly. She puts you at ease and quickly identifies the cause of your problems and takes the time to explain everything as well. I have uses Zest a few times now and I can only praise Michelle who is very good and makes you relaxed, I was sent exercises after the treatment so she wasn't pushing for me to come back unless it was needed.

Having been with another osteopath for 30 years (who retired last year) I was feeling very apprehensive about searching for somebody new and kept putting it off, despite becoming more and more uncomfortable. However I needed have worried, as Michelle is excellent. Very thorough and she gained a full understanding of me/my issues before starting the hands-on treatment. Feeling so much better after just one session that I wish I’d found her last year and not delayed my search! Highly recommended.

Michelle is very knowledgeable and thorough. Michelle is very clear in explaining what is wrong, how she is going to help fix it for you, and what you must do to help speed up the healing process. I had my first appointment this morning and really appreciated Michelle’s approach. I have seen a few osteos in my time but have to say that Michelle differentiates herself as a clinician with her friendly-but-ultra knowledgeable style and communication. She clearly explained what she was doing to help and encouraged me to continue with ‘our plan’ at home. I felt like my well-being was the centre of the universe for an hour and that nothing mattered more to Michelle than making me feel better. I can sincerely recommend Zest to anyone thinking osteopathy might be able to help them.

I had a lot of severe pain in my back causing me problems during the day and when I was trying to sleep. Michelle was excellent and provided treatment and ongoing exercises that made a huge difference. Very happy to recommend.

Zest Health treated by back after a sports injury with outstanding results - I was back playing squash within a week after previously being unable to walk without pain. More surprisingly, the cause of the injury was also diagnosed - a form of core muscle training I had been conducting incorrectly.
Worth also saying that the service is professional and friendly. I intend to book regular top-up sessions in future.
