Horrible
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses using the saved prescription i have in their app . The package came fast but both glasses were the wrong prescription. I called customer service and after a hour maybe someone answered while “helping “ me told me the system put the wrong prescription & to return the package for a replacement they would not be providing a shipping label to return said glasses cause it was not in their policy. Yet the made the mistake & admitting to it & instead of fixing the issue their charging me more ??

Warning‼️ DO NOT buy from this company. Worst experience I have ever had and they will not cover return shipping. Even if your item arrives with issues that they clearly made in manufacturing. Horrible to deal with and out of China. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy from this company. I see a rainbow prism out the side of my lenses and I even paid for the upgraded quality lens. The nose pieces are defective as well. I sent them photos as proof and their lab states there is nothing wrong with them 🤬 EVERYTHING is wrong with them on top of the fact that the prescription itself is off and I get a horrible migraine. I even paid for worry free delivery and their customer service chat agent told me that included worry free returns covered at 100%. They will lie and then take zero accountability. Consider yourself warned 🚨

Filters and spammy
This app and business are okay. I like another app that begins with the same letter more. Here’s why. First of all the filters on the “other” app are way better and easier to use, allowing you to make multiple selections in each category, whereas ZEELOOL does not. Another filter that the “other” app has that ZEELOOL does not is for “Features” - most importantly to me, adjustable nosepads and lightweight. I have to scroll through to find these and it makes me want to spend less time on the app. Also, the other app seems much more professional. ZEELOOL feels spammy like the wholesale shopping sites. The prices on the two when all is said and done are comparable. All that being said, I have several pairs of glasses from both stores, and the quality is so close that I usually can’t remember where I bought each one. Overall safe and satisfactory buying experience, but the app leaves some to be desired.

I ordered from them and messed up my prescription cause it’s my first time ordering online. Costumer service was great and very patient with me. They canceled my first order and were very kind and gave me back my money as store credit so I could reorder them. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to get my glasses.
Frustrating
I find it difficult to find what I’m looking for. I am looking for rimless glasses, yesterday. I found the glasses I wanted today. I looked them up again. Nowhere to be found! Got on a chat and I was told they probably were out of stock! There were more than one style of rimless glasses I was looking for, and I find that is hard to believe. So, I am frustrated with the website and finding what I want. I can only wear rimless glasses because of pain in the bridge of my nose so I need extremely lightweight glasses.
