Don't waste your time with this people!!! Get a professional service. We hire them and they were 3 and a half hours late. If you appreciate your valuable time and money look for another company. They give us 30min discount for being 3 hours and a half late I guess thats the one star.
Btw the crew was amazing and super helpful booking the reservation and also they ghost, never call back or say something about being late the day of the reservation. Just move on to a different company!

Fantastic Moving Company. I was kept abreast of arrival times and provided helpful tips before the move. The 4 guys that came to my home were awesome. They carefully wrapped all my furniture in blankets and then shrink wrapped everything. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I was kept abreast
I was fortunate enough to schedule a moving date in the middle of a rainstorm. I would have definitely understood if the move was postponed but the team showed up and cleared everything out in 2 hours, drove to the new place and unloaded everything. They were done with loading and unloading in about 3.5 to 4 hours. This was my third time using Zapt and they just get more efficient with time. Well worth the money & didn't have to stress about coordinating the truck, movers, or making sure things were packed in a manner that could withstand the weather. I'm so grateful for this positive experience!
We had a great experience yesterday with Zapt. I ordered moving services a month ago. I needed EXACT dates to coordinate the move. Zapt kept their promises and arrived on the scheduled date and delivered the next day on my Bay Area to Southern California. I provided pictures of the apartment to get an accurate quote and I paid exactly what I was quoted. Donny (spelling?) was the lead of the moving team and worked well with us on furniture placement in move-in, wrapping furniture, and packing. I have had bad experiences with moving companies before but this experience from ordering and booking with Matt to the actual move was excellent.
Terrible Customer Service
Our experience with this moving company was incredibly disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer service.
Understaffed Moves Lead to Higher Costs:
The movers themselves admitted that the home office consistently understaffs moves. Our apartment was 1,200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths--an average-sized move--but the team was severely understaffed. Midway through, I had to step in to help pack and unpack because they were falling behind the already adjusted schedule.
Misleading Practices About Supplies:
The movers requested additional boxes from the home office that were never delivered. They urged us to buy extra boxes ourselves, assuring us we would be refunded. However, we were not refunded, despite their promise.
Rude and Unhelpful Customer Service:
When we contacted Fabio in customer service to address the refund issue, his response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. While we understand that problems can arise during a move, the way a company handles those issues is what sets them apart. Unfortunately, this company failed miserably in that regard.
If you value reliability, transparency, and respectful service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The team was very slow, vaping walking into the house left all doors open back gates open left a door off the hinge, left their trash in the house when going from one to the next. Left 20 minutes before my to the new house and when i drove by they were sitting on the street I had to turn around and go back and get them. Couldn't figure out how to get furniture through a door, we had to do it ourselves. All and all a very unsatisfied job. Paid almost $800 dollars and it was not worth it. Messaged the company a couple of times with no response!
Benny was my estimator and person I worked with over the last 6 months. He did exactly what he said would happen and my move went smoothly. The competitor was originally a little less expensive and then changed things at the last minute. Benny kept my process smooth and simple. My schedule was delayed and we finally had a date and plan. And Richardo was the lead of my move. He was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was a Monday pickup with 3 trucks and delivered on Wed to Arizona. It took 9 hours to load 50k lbs of stuff and 6 hours to unload. Amazing.
I made a mistake hiring this company. When they want your business, they are nice and polite. My moving date was a chaos 12/07/24 they didn't tell me I was suppose to share the truck with another client. Their belongings and mine were so squished . I called the manager on sat. Several times they finally picked it up the phone. Junior was nice but Fabio send me to sit and relax , he was talking over me and told me not to call again because I called 3 times while my stuff were left behind because it didn't fit in a 26 f truck, sharing 1 bedroom with another client. I took photos then on Sunday I spoke to the other manager and he was nice . I wouldn't recommend this company, they are very unprofessional.the mover men were helpful and nice but the manager is extremely unprofessional. He needs to take management classes and anger management. You cannot be a manager and get upset when dealing with customers. I paid a fee for a long distance.
Top notch company!!! From Matt Melo setting up the move, to Javi with Customer Service confirming day before; and, finally, Ricardo & Esteban who handled the entire move with such care & professionalism. They were so kind from the start, which totally eased my stress. I've moved multiple times and have always rented a truck & hired guys to load, then another team to unload at my destination. I've never had the "luxury" of hiring a professional moving company. But, their prices were even better than competitive and less than my doing it myself renting a truck & hiring two crews. Some companies wanted to charge to drive to my move out location??!! I never got paid in all my years to drive to my job, so, I thought this was quite unfair. The price was very clear in their emailed estimate & there were NO hidden fees. They start their clock AFTER inspecting inside & outside for what they are moving. Then, you get a text when the clock begins. Of course, they are paid to drive to your destination....they should be as they are carefully transporting your entire household!! So far, all my fragile kitchen items are unpacked and unbroken. When their truck is empty, they stop the clock & you pay on the spot! It's that easy! I cannot say enough good things about this company & their professionalism. Hopefully, I'm here for good, but I would definitely use them again, if needed. Highly recommended!!!
Great movers, while on site. but I donot think that Travel time should be the same rate. I left 1 hr after the movers and arrived at the drop off location at the same time.
Did they stop ??? No one knows.
And loading the storage unit could have used a little more organization.
I now have to hire someone to move a couch which sitting right in front of the door.
I utilized Zapt movers for a move between 2 locations in San Francisco. The two men who moved us did a phenomenal job. Took great care in wrapping all of our furniture and moved everything very quickly and with great attitudes! The pricing was very reasonable for the awesome service.
I also loved the truck tracking feature when they arrived!

Really pleased with the service we received from Zapt. The team was professional, careful and (wow) really fast! They really protected things with packing blankets and were very careful to keep all those pesky little pieces to furniture that you forget are there but really need! Also, they were all super nice and great to deal with. The company communicated well about when the team would arrive for pickup and delivery. They made the nightmare of moving a whole lot easier. I made an inquiry on another site that forwarded my details to this company.
Within 2 minutes the calls started. In the space of 2 days, I had 8 calls, 2 voicemails and 5 emails from this these people.
I've had to block their number on my phone and redirect their emails to spam as at this stage, it feels like harassment.
I'll never pay one cent to any business that believes it's OK to harass potential customers.
From first contacting them, all the way until they reassembled the furniture at the destination, and every step in between, exceeded my expectations. Their staff were all professional and friendly, and their rates were the best I found after contacting several companies in the Bay Area.
