When I booked the table I mentioned 1 was gluten free which was fine she was given the right menu however when the food came out I looked lively till she got hers which wasn't gluten free so it was taken away we all felt guilty starting our food as rude not to wait for everyone,however when the food came the next time it was beef and she ordered chicken so yet again taken away. When the food came back again it was fine apart from there were chips so not correct however she never said anything as she wanted her food . They did take her meal off the bill which was really nice however I've never felt so embarrassed as I sorting this night out for my husbands work

My only comment is that during my last 5 ish visits is that the food has been served on cold plates. Restaurants should always serve on warm / hot plates. It's a basic requirement of a good chef

The staff were very good and accommodating and moved us to a quieter table. The staff were excellent and friendly. But the food was poor, burger overcooked and dry and the bread bun a bit dry also. The saving grace was the fries.

Waitress was rude my granddaughter aged 16 & I thought on arrival. She told us we’d got to be off our table by 6pm for the next customers with no smile. Second waitress who took food order was very pleasant & explained menu. The meal was ok, but think the burger size has shrunk. We only went because of 2-1 offer, otherwise we wouldn’t bother. Very noisy too as they cram you in up against other tables so no chance of a private conversation. We would have preferred to sit upstairs but the waitress said no, they don’t book that out. Funnily enough though after 45 mins of being there customers were then going upstairs. We had no sweet, 4 soft drinks & a side dish our bill came to £52 so not bad, but not worth over £100 what it would have been. Look elsewhere there are better places for a burger, I’m sure.

Food was delicious and staff were so welcoming and chatty, it was lovely. Unfortunately we had a big table of children next to us so it was rather noisy, but that's to be expected at a family restaurant.
