Matt was a great host, responsive and recommended some additional local activities. The place was neat and tidy, with central location to town centre and 10mins from the beach.

A real place for all seasons. Warm and cosey in the heavy rain on our 1st night, then light and airy through the sunshine thereafter. Really couldn't find any fault with our stay. Clear instructions, excellent communication & support and a beatiful flat. Comfy beds & furnitue, lovely bedding/towels and well stocked kitchen/bathroom. My only advise to others would be that the stairs up to the flat could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place.

Spotless and nice flat, close to the beach and city centre. Matt is a very good communicator and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it.

Cosy place with all the amenities you would need. Place was very clean and made for a very convivial atmosphere to chill with friends. Also the location is great - 10 min walk to the beach with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the place.

We had a great stay, apartment was nice and clean. Central location, however noisy at night with the bars opposite the apartment. Their were earphones provided but couldn’t use them as needed to be able to hear if the children woke up! Only down side was the bed and sofa bed were quite uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. Host was very accessible during our stay. Overall pleasant stay.

Clean, modern and comfortable flat within walking distance to the pier. Beds were very comfy and kitchen well stocked.

This is an outstanding property right in the heart of Bournemouth and close to all the amenities, including the beaches. We were able to walk everywhere and this really helped us make the most of our visit. Matt is an excellent host and provides very clear instructions. He was always available to help if we had queries and the property was absolutely spotless and clearly well looked after. I can't recommend this property enough and will definitely use it the next time I go to Bournemouth. Thanks, Matt!
