Always a great experience @ Yocum!!

Excellent Service. I will only take my company car here for repairs and maintenance. Update: I have now been coming here for 2 1/2 years and absolutely love the service. They take excellent care of our company vehicle and I would not take it anywhere else.

I had got a flat while in town just before an appointment. They got my car in fast for a repair. Everyone was very kind. Would highly recommend.

Travis preformed my maintenance and explained the invoice to my level of automotive understanding. See you in about 6 months. Yocum has earned my business.

Yocum is always very friendly and helpful! They always give me their honest opinion when I ask questions to help prioritize the repairs needed.

Came in told them exactly what the issues was, he informed me they would still charge me a diagnostic test fee which was fine. After telling me that they could fix my water pump they then sent me an estimate for $900, including a thermostat that was just bought, water pump, and 2 other parts I called and was told they couldn’t do just my water pump that I would have to pay the full price to fix everything. After telling them I couldn’t afford it I went back to get me car, after doing nothing was still charged more than $100 for the diagnostic. When I asked for a receipt separating labor and the parts, I was told that it wasn’t possible they could only give me the “project” cost and when I inquired how much they were charging labor wise they refused to tell me, so I decided to take it else where

They really do good work and have always fixed my truck.

I had the best experience with Yocum. Communication was excellent and timely. The service was thorough and exactly what I asked for. I will definitely use them again.

Good experience, very easy. I had a cv axle, hub and 2 ball joints replaced, I dropped the truck off at 8am and they had the inspection to me by 10 and the truck was finished by 4, so pretty fast too

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, no nonsense kind of people at Yocum. Really just needed a diagnoses, felt bad I didn’t have the funds for the issues they found. I repaired the few things they said my car needed on my own though, and it’s running nice and smooth!! Thanks guys! 10/10 would recommend. P.s. their prices were very reasonable, I’m just that broke 😅

I had an emergency need to repair a flat on my daughter-in-law’s car. It had a very slow leak and had been aired up several times. I also had a lawnmower tire that kept going flat. I stopped at Yocum. A nice lady told me they were booked up but would see what they could do. The mower tire had a faulty valve stem. They didn’t charge me anything to repair it. The car tire had a pinhole leak near the rim and was not repairable so we chose to get new tires. (I understood because the very same thing happened in my truck a couple of years previously.) Throughout this experience, I came to know and trust the good folks at Yocum. They are hometown people running an honest business helping their customers. I was very impressed. I had not consulted them before but certainly would again.

My car wouldn’t start (the starter was damaged) and I called a dealership that said they would need it over the weekend. I called yokum and they had me in same day and the repair was done in a couple of hours. Thank you!
