My family went to this VR Reality Escape Rooms for fun during our visit to Cornwall. We first booked a game with 2 people only. But later all 4 of us wanted to join. We went to the reception and the operator Jason was very helpful to change the booking to include 4 of us. We were first time to play VR and the operator recommended a game that was suitable to all of us. Jason was so patient and experienced, he talked us through from the very beginning and stayed with us during the mission. He gave us hints to tackle the mission. We finally finished the game within pre-set time. Another 2 family members also came back and played another game in next day.
There were several games to choose from, resolutions of the game were in very high quality and we love the scenes. 1 hour game was good and price was reasonable.

Amazing experience !!! Location easy to find, relaxed, friendly, helpful, flexible and welcoming experience. The boys all loved it and can't wait to go again !! Highly recommended if you have gamers that want something a bit different! 5 stars !

Awesome experience!! From the second we walked into the building, we did nothing but laugh. Our host for the session made us feel truly at ease and despite it being a really busy day, he treated us almost like we were old friends and is definitely in the right job ! This was our second experience and we’re definitely going back again!

We visited today as a family (children aged 9 & 12) and absolutely loved it! I’m not normally a gamer but found the controls easy enough to use and enjoyed it just as much as my husband and kids. A great way to spend time as a family, doing something the kids love, and having to work as a team.
The place is absolutely spotless and Jason was super helpful & friendly throughout.
We will definitely be rebooking birthday parties for the kids and recommending to all of our friends!

I brought my parents here (mum 60 and dad 64) who both haven’t done any VR stuff before and both of them loved it! I did too! We did have our hands held a lot when doing it but we really needed it! It was so fun and by the end of it all of us had got the hang of it (me after a few minutes, my mum roughly the same, my dad understood things then got confused again then got help and was fine again). My dad is not at all tech savvy and loved it. The game was interesting and we did have a laugh playing it! Jason our ‘controller’ was really helpful and patient and i don’t think my dad would have escaped the room without him!

Best VR studio in the UK
Jason at Xtra Dimension was absolutely brilliant, the equipment and facilities are nothing short of top notch. The price was very fair. We all had that good of a time we ended up doing four sessions over three days rather than just an hour with him. We all cannot recommend highly enough!
ITS WAS BRILLIANT....Jason was knowledgeable and friendly and the 3 of us had a great time. We shot zombies, but there are puzzle games and fantasy adventures, so loads to suit what ever you fancy doing. Think of it as a real life Mr Benn....Great, would reccomend.

Went with some work friends and had a great evening. I've never done anything VR before, Jason was great, talked us through everything and was really helpful throughout. Definitely recommend!
