Had x2 xforce exhausts first one i put on my kia stinger and fitment was absolutely terrible to a point we had to modify the exhaust. Second was the series 7 system they sell for hsv gen f2s and the fitment on that was just as bad plus it also hung down wayyy to far and scrapes on absolutely everything and the car isn't even lowered. They also are pretty useless to deal with and make it your problem not theirs. Definitely DO NOT BUY lesson learnt
XFORCE poor customer experience and misleading advertising
Poor customer service - misleading advertising April 2025 purchased a cat back exhaust from Xforce for a Nissan 350Z 2007 auto roadster. Xforce advertise the exhaust as having a great sporty sound, there is a YouTube clip to demo this. The purchase was based on this plus my mechanic stated it was a good exhaust manufacturer. What Xforce fails to mention is the car tested and designed for is only a manual gearbox. If you have an auto box steer clear, the car will exhibit awful drone from 1k to 2.8k rpms. Xforce have been very dismissive putting the problem back on the customer as “change of mind”. Having learned about the operation of a torque converting auto box, cat back exhausts will always perform poorly as the operation is similar to slipping the clutch on a manual gearbox, with an open exhaust there will be lots of noise and not much forward motion. A reputable company that does care would have agreed to the offer to meet and share costs, as it is Xforce wouldn’t even provide packaging to allow for an easier EBay / Gumtree private sale.
I've had the ES-N350Z-02-CBS (Nissan 350z cat back exhaust) installed for a couple of weeks now and here's my review:
Pros:
Bolt on, ease of installation.
Cons:
The pipe that goes over the rear sway bar is actually touching the sway bar and rattles on start up. I have checked and re-checked bolts and alignment to try and fix the issue. Sound does go away once you're driving though (still, not really happy with the design).
The sound of the exhaust is quite docile. After 3500-4000rpm, you hear more of the engine then you do the exhaust. (Note I have paired this setup with INVIDIA high flow cats - logic would denote more sound with this setup, but it actually sounds quieter for some reason).
Overall, not too happy, but it was easy to install and looks good. I think maybe the Gemini might of worked better in my case with the High Flow cats but oh well, you get what you get.
Honestly I can’t say a bad thing about Xforce. From a first time modder. This was the right part. Went on easily. Communication was great with support when I had issue with the control box. I will be buying from Xforce again. Thank you guys, and thankyou Blake for sorting out everything post sale.
I'm extremely happy with my Xforce cat back on my Impreza, I love the sound 👍 it was very easy to fit, it was delivered really quickly and it has a really sporty and throaty sound without being overly loud and there is no droning inside the car, I highly recommend Xforce to anyone looking to make their car sound great. Next on the list is a set of headers. I give Xforce a big A+++
