Perfecto lugar para descansar y relajarte!
☺La vista desde nuestro departamento fue inmejorable.... nos hospedamos en la Villa I. La atención de Carla en recepción y del Gerente siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. La vista desde el restaurante es muy bella pero desde el departamento fue maravillosa! Ni hablemos de la playa privada que tienen que es muuy bonita.
☹El aire acondicionado de la habitación no estaba funcionando, pero con el clima de la sala no se sentía tan caliente.

Una propiedad con muy buena localización, nos sentimos muy seguros y bien atendidos. De destacar a la srta Carla de la recepción y en el area del bar y restaurante a Fernando de Leon y el otro señor que ahora desgraciadamente no recuerdo el nombre. El manager también muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Si regresamos a Samana por seguro nos hospedaremos ahi otra vez

Es un lugar paradisiaco, es como si estuvieras en Hawai o mejor !
☺La vista es maravillosa y las playas también
☹Que los controles del aire y TV estaban en una caja fuerte y tuvimos que esperar a que el enc de seguridad nos permitiera abrirla con su llave maestra. Que aunque llegamos a las 5:00 tuvimos que esperar que revisaran la habitación para ver si estaba lista. Y la comida del restaurante pudiera ser mejor.

The home is beautiful, and quiet. Would consider it in the future.
☺no breakfast was provided, quiet, beautiful place, and the pools were tranquil. The food sold at the pool restaurant was exceptional, everyone loved everything tried albeit it being a bit expensive with small portion especially the French fries. I would eat there again even with the prices.
☹The Host could have been a bit responsive, the water from the showers and faucets was brown, not sure if from dust or rust. The sheets were stained, as well as the pillows and pillow-cases. Wish there is an onsite store for quick supplies like milk, bottled water etc

An excellent stay.
An excellent stay. The room was clean and good quality, and those at the front desk were always attentive and provided good service. Very good vibes and good food in the beach area, and the resort staff were always willing to take me to their beach access on the golf carts no matter the time.

There is NO better option in the ENTIRE Earth Zone for the family!!!
A VERY good experience with the facilities, but above all the service provided by the Staff who received us. People very welcoming and willing to serve. Jesus of Reception was in charge of finding and providing solutions to ALL our requests. Delighted by the GOOD reception, and the intention to take care of us.
