I also appreciate that she was honest about the aftercare — brow lamination isn’t completely “wake up and go.” You still need to brush and style your brows a bit every day to keep them looking neat, which I already knew and don’t mind at all. It actually makes my routine easier because my brows are so much more manageable now.

Got my lashes lifted and tinted here. It was a clean space and great service but lash lifted came out uneven on one eye where part of the middle was a little less lifted and it’s pretty noticeable

I answered the phone but no sound at all, so I thought it was a scam call. Honestly, I am glad I did not talk to you. I do not want u as my client, because: there was NO sound on the call, we never even had a conversation, and you gave me a bad review. Luckily, I did not provide you any service. I spend money on advertising so that clients can reach me, why would I waste money by not answering calls? Clearly, something went wrong that caused me to pick up your call but hear nothing, and that's why I hung up

I do not recommend this place, it was the worst experience ever!!! I got an eyebrow lamination with shaping & tint and a tinted lash lift. She never shaped my eyebrows, no thread or wax was used. She applied the lamination product and tint directly on to my eyebrows without mapping them or removing the brow gel I had on. I asked for a light tint, she applied a super dark one that I had to ask to remove. The lash lift is the worst part, my lashes are not C curved, but instead just stuck to my eyelids!!! She then complained about me not leaving a huge tip (which she says is not mandatory) after I had told her I was not happy with the work. I’m honestly still shocked at how bad this was. I just moved here from Miami and went to this place based on the google reviews, deceiving honestly.
First of all, you mentioned that you were unhappy with the service after deciding not to leave a tip. However, tipping is entirely voluntary and never mandatory. Whether or not you leave a tip does not affect the quality of service I provide. But it's not fair to say you "didn’t like it" just to justify not tipping—especially after you clearly expressed that you were happy during the session.You received a full 90-minute service, and I did not charge you even a single extra penny beyond what was agreed. Still, you left a negative review. That is extremely unfair and hurtful, especially to someone who worked hard to meet your expectations.Let me also clarify the specific points you misrepresented:（1)Waxing and threading were never included in the service, as clearly stated in the description before you booked. However, I still went out of my way to clean up stray hairs using a precision eyebrow razor—this was extra effort I provided, not something promised.(2)I did design your eyebrows first, drawing the shape carefully and showing you before starting. I even used a measuring tool and pointed out that your left brow is slightly longer—you told me you liked it that way. So to say there was “no design” is simply not true.It’s disappointing when a customer twists the facts and ignores the effort, time, and care that went into the service. I always strive to give my clients the best experience possible, but in this case, I feel your review does not reflect the truth.
