I really wanted to try this place because it is closer to my home and had great reviews. I’m giving it 3 stars because the owner has good customer service and offered to fix my lashes, but the lift itself was unfortunately poorly done.
I’ve been getting lash lifts for 15 years at different salons, so I know what to expect. My lashes here were over-permed and over-curled so much that they bend back into my eyelid crease. The owner blamed this issue of my lashes for being "too short," which has never been an issue anywhere else. Honestly, I think the solution was left on too long because she was distracted going back and forth between me and a late customer. She did offer for me to come back in to correct them, which I appreciated, but I opted out as I wasn't comfortable returning after seeing the initial results.
Highly recommend! My mom and I went in to get rid of several skin tags and moles. The specialist was very professional and explained everything in detail. The numbing process was great and I didn't feel a thing. We are so happy to have them all gone in one go

Got my lashes lifted and tinted here. It was a clean space and great service but lash lifted came out uneven on one eye where part of the middle was a little less lifted and it’s pretty noticeable

I answered the phone but no sound at all, so I thought it was a scam call. Honestly, I am glad I did not talk to you. I do not want u as my client, because: there was NO sound on the call, we never even had a conversation, and you gave me a bad review. Luckily, I did not provide you any service. I spend money on advertising so that clients can reach me, why would I waste money by not answering calls? Clearly, something went wrong that caused me to pick up your call but hear nothing, and that's why I hung up

I do not recommend this place, it was the worst experience ever!!! I got an eyebrow lamination with shaping & tint and a tinted lash lift. She never shaped my eyebrows, no thread or wax was used. She applied the lamination product and tint directly on to my eyebrows without mapping them or removing the brow gel I had on. I asked for a light tint, she applied a super dark one that I had to ask to remove. The lash lift is the worst part, my lashes are not C curved, but instead just stuck to my eyelids!!! She then complained about me not leaving a huge tip (which she says is not mandatory) after I had told her I was not happy with the work. I’m honestly still shocked at how bad this was. I just moved here from Miami and went to this place based on the google reviews, deceiving honestly.
First of all, you mentioned that you were unhappy with the service after deciding not to leave a tip. However, tipping is entirely voluntary and never mandatory. Whether or not you leave a tip does not affect the quality of service I provide. But it's not fair to say you "didn’t like it" just to justify not tipping—especially after you clearly expressed that you were happy during the session.You received a full 90-minute service, and I did not charge you even a single extra penny beyond what was agreed. Still, you left a negative review. That is extremely unfair and hurtful, especially to someone who worked hard to meet your expectations.Let me also clarify the specific points you misrepresented:（1)Waxing and threading were never included in the service, as clearly stated in the description before you booked. However, I still went out of my way to clean up stray hairs using a precision eyebrow razor—this was extra effort I provided, not something promised.(2)I did design your eyebrows first, drawing the shape carefully and showing you before starting. I even used a measuring tool and pointed out that your left brow is slightly longer—you told me you liked it that way. So to say there was “no design” is simply not true.It’s disappointing when a customer twists the facts and ignores the effort, time, and care that went into the service. I always strive to give my clients the best experience possible, but in this case, I feel your review does not reflect the truth.

I went to Eva a little over a month ago for a lash lift. At the time, I was recovering from shoulder surgery and didn’t realize the lift hadn’t taken properly. A friend later pointed it out, so I reached out to her, even though it was a bit past the usual timeframe, she was incredibly kind and understanding. She was grateful I contacted her and immediately offered solutions to make it right. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and her professionalism and care really stood out. I came to Eva to get my eyebrows micro blading she mention a double processed which that would look more natural and of course it’s an additional charge.

I can barely see the strokes. She recommended a second session that requ the same payment. A touch up should not be $300.
The first session should be a major difference from what I walked in with. No one uses jet black if so it should be a natural soft black. My eyebrows straight black. I would neva go back for another session. Absolutely no micro blading was done. Please don’t waste your $ on this session. You will regret it.
Before we met, during our text conversation, you were already aware that the price for one session was $191 to $243. You were also informed that a second touch-up was necessary to achieve the perfect result because the pigment does not fully retain its color after the first session; during our text conversation, I also mentioned that the price for the second touch-up would be the same. I don’t understand why you still think the touch-up should be free. Additionally, you were late. Before beginning, I confirmed the color, shape, and style with you, and after the procedure, you saw that it resembled fine eyebrows. We even took before-and-after photos. I provided you with 100 minutes of face-to-face service, and you only gave a 5% tips.
A few days after the procedure, you said the color was too light, and now you’re saying it’s too dark. Your statements are contradictory, and you are being unreasonable.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years for eyelashes extension, and I’m always impressed! The quality is excellent, the prices are great, and she is always friendly. I’ve tried other places many times in Manhattan, Queens, and New Jersey, but this is by far my favorite. That’s why I only come here now. Highly recommend!
I went to many eyelash schools when I wanted to learn the skill. Some schools claimed they could teach in 6 hours, while others said it would take 2 days. They said they would train on dummies and that we would have to arrange live models ourselves. However, no matter how much you practice in one day or for 6–7 hours, you cannot truly learn unless you practice on live models.
If you truly want to save your money and time, become a professional eyelash technician, and start earning, X Beauty 9 is the best school. The teacher there, Eva, is amazing. She takes care of her students like children and teaches with great patience, whether it’s theory, training on dummies, or arranging live models for practice. I haven’t found a teacher like Eva anywhere. No matter how much I praise her, it’s still not enough. She makes you feel like family rather than a student. She holds your hand and teaches you until you master the work.
I visited 12–15 eyelash schools, but Eva’s way of explaining and making students practice is so easy that even a 5-year-old child or a 60-year-old lady can learn effortlessly. If you want to learn eyelash extensions and strengthen your job profile, X Beauty 9 is the best school. It doesn’t matter if you’re American or Asian—anyone can study here without any worries.
