Excellent service, ours was not an emergency so came on the day specified, otherwise you would get a priority slot. This man knew his stuff and would we definitely recommend him for any make of fridge/freezer repairs. Competitively price which is another bonus.

Brilliant service

I was delighted with WRS Refridgeration Specialist. Des returned the call, when he said he would, then he came an hour later, and fixed my American fridge/ freezer, with no bother or stress . I only wish I’d known him years ago ! No hassle, no chasing him up . Contacted the firm who arrived on the day arranged after letting me know a change of time. Repair carried out swiftly and efficiently, good value. It saved the price of a new Fridge!

Consulted WRS for a fridge that freezes up inside. After going through options and fact that fridge is 15 years old, came to conclusion it probably would not be cost effective to repair due to a number of components that could be past or near end of life. Whilst talking themselves 'out of a repair' it's refreshing to get this level of honesty, thanks WRS.

I rang WRS asking for help with a problem with my fridge on the day we were completing and moving out of our house so it was pretty urgent that I get it sorted out. I have to say that the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. When I explained the issue he told me what to do and said he was ninety five percent sure that the problem would resolve itself. I’m happy to say that this was the case. It speaks volumes about the integrity of this company that they didn’t take advantage of the fact that I was in a bit of a panic. Other firms might’ve said they needed to come and have a look and charged for a call out (and possibly more). Well done for being so honest and helpful and thank you.

Did a great job on my samsung american fridge freezer. Thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money but WRS repaired it at a good cost.

Woke up last Saturday last weekend to find my two door American Fridge freezer had no power did all the usual checks no joy. Rang Samsung up they were going to send someone who lived 43 miles away to fix it, and it was also going to be a few days. Clearly by that time £300 of chilled and frozen food would have spoiled, I did some searching and was given WRS number and rang them. I spoke to Des and explained the situation to which I was surprised when he said he would come over that afternoon. He came over as promised fitted a new circuit board and voilà all fixed. Would recommend without hesitation.Vince

Confident, knowledgeable, helpful and professional......Des was able to diagnose the problem with my Bosch fridge freezer.A new part was fitted and everything is now working again.I would not hesitate to recommend Des and his company. More technicians of this calibre are definitely required.

I rang on Monday to try to get my very old fridge repaired (with fingers crossed). The phone was answered by Des who told me their terms and also what he thought might be the problem. He came to look at the fridge on Wednesday morning at the time that he said. Within 10 mins he had diagnosed the problem and in 30 mins had fixed it.
